My Self-Summary
The world, to me, seems not painted in black or white but in shades
of grey. I don't like labels, mostly because the labels do not
define me. I seem to fit various labels more or less well.
For the advantage of those who need labels and clear-cut drawers to
place people in I will choose some labels that I feel fit me
resonable well. You may call me an atheist, a scientist, a sceptic (a Bright even) and an anarcho-capitalist, a
discordian or a
gamer and I will
refrain from trying to shake them of too vigourously.
You could describe me as tone-deaf and without a sense of rythm but despite this I try to learn how to play a Xaphoon and Chromatic Harmonica.
I love writing systems and constructed languages (like lojban and tlhIngan Hol) because they highlight aspects of languages that we otherwise take for granted.
While I work as a programmer, I think of myself as a researcher in artificial intelligence.
