My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
SF -->Boston -->DC--> LA-->SF

I moved back east after undergrad for a bit of a change in pace. I quickly discovered that the change was mostly a change in the temperature... going the wrong direction. Snow is great, but it's for going down slopes on my ski's, not sidewalks on my butt. I love being back in the sun (and not having to walk like a bow-legged anteater from another slip onto my cushy six).

I'm outgoing, ambitious, grounded, open and playful. I've got a wicked and politically incorrect sense of humor.

Skiing, hiking, scuba diving, exploring SF, friends, trying new foods and live music are my weekend outlets. I've become a bit of a recent gym and pool junkie. I promise I don't stair at myself in the mirror, stuck in self-mesmerized, 3 hour long trance.

Let's go explore and have some fun!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working, exploring, building and enjoying life... The work-life balance.

I keep my hands in quite a few pies... PhD work at Berkeley, working to take a couple of therapies to market, consulting for area biotech startups.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am an amazing cook... seriously. I make Gordon Ramsay cry from shame.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Great eyes, big ridiculous laugh, an encyclopedic knowledge of useless facts (if you tell me something useful, I promise I'll probably forget it).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Reading: I'm a news/politics/economics junkie --> NY Times, WSJ, BBC, Economist, The Atlantic, etc

Music: I've got pretty eclectic tastes. Right now I'm on a Jesse Cooke, Gotan Project, Gregory Alan Isakov and London Grammar bender. Also a big fan of classical/baroque, opera and EDM.

Food: Anything fresh (veggies and meat); especially fresh seafood.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family and Friends
The outdoors
Good conversation
Good Food
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Friends, family, career, life...

Where I'm going to find some sunshine this weekend? Where to travel to next? This year Kauai and Tanzania are on the list. After that I'm not too sure... maybe Burma, Iceland, Palau, New Zealand or Croatia.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
friends, family, traveling, gym, relaxing... it's always different.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm the Connect Four Grand Champion. I played against myself and won... two years in row.

Despite what the personality tab would have you believe, I'm a big softie... especially with people I care about.

Get to know me and maybe I'll tell. There's definitely more than enough.

You're awesome. All in all, I am just a chill and playful person who appreciates intelligence, whit, maturity and a zest for life.

If you love getting outdoors (hiking, skiing, scuba diving,
kayaking, camping), exploring new places, trying new foods and coffee/wine... major bonus points.

Don't be shy. I don't bite on the first date.
