My self-summary
Single and fabulous. Interested to meet new people in the area with modest egos and similar interests & tastes, such as engaging conversation, live music, outdoor adventures and cider.
What I’m doing with my life
Self-employed as a cultural services provider and dredging to the end of an MA. I’m a creature of habits on weekdays - anna maria tremonti and stovetop espresso at breakfast, followed by some combination of work and research, and then decompressing w/something fun and or relaxing.

Lately I've been trying to get out of the broom closet my department calls an office - and also my home, office 2.0. - to check out new scenery in any of the 3,000 some cafes this city has to offer. I've got this cool winter garden that is not only a hobby in impatiently waiting, but also a great distraction from what I should probably be doing. I'm enamored with lone tree's ginger cider and I challenge anyone to introduce me to something as zingy and delicious. With summer gone and everything getting moist I've switched gears from an adventuring kind of rhythm to that of a bear waiting to hibernate - with the exception of occasional nights out which tend to include excessive use of eyeliner and heels, which I think I rock, and music, dancing, etc.
I’m really good at
improvising, esp in kitchen - anyone who's seen me in action can attest to this

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Titles I can remember when reading was for pleasure - a fair country, the golden spruce, manufacturing consent, atlas shrugged, anything by douglas adams, late nights on air,

Folk, jazz, select progressive rock, and other stuff like infected mushroom, fink, grizzly bear, fleet foxes, a tribe called red, the national...

Any kind of stew, anything with cheese, fermented and cultured foods, zero tolerance lunchmeat policy

South park, archer, john oliver are reliable go-tos
