Cheers to a total rewrite of my profile, because for some reason I felt it necessary. I’ll try to make this one clear and concise.

Hello, my name is Janssen

I am a 24 year old engineer, working in the automotive industry. I’m at the point in my life where I’m starting to get my career established, so I feel it’s a good time to start looking for someone to share life with. Do I hold out hope for online dating? Yes, a little, but I am in no way am I dependent on it. I have dated a few girls that I met online, but nothing promising so far. I appreciate it because it allows me to “meet” people that I wouldn’t necessarily meet in my every day travels.

Here’s the deal. I am looking for one thing, above all other things. If I can meet a woman with just this one trait, then I think everything else will fall into place. What is that one thing, you ask? I want to meet a woman who has a heart for God. I want to find someone who is equally yoked, because from experience I can definitely say that dating someone who does not share my belief system has never worked in the past. Does that limit my options? Yes. Severely, it seems. That is okay. I apologize if this offends anyone, but it’s something that means more to me than anything else.

You see, I get along really well with pretty much everyone. I’m an extrovert, and I love meeting new people. I’ll talk to anyone and everyone. I’m not judgmental at all, I promise. I just know what I want and I am prepared to search for that.

If you’ve made it this far and haven’t labeled me a prude, thank you for an open mind. I think I have a lot to offer, as a friend and even as a companion. Take some time to get to know me. I have a vast spread of interests, and I would love more than anything to engage in conversation about any shared interests. I think there is immense value in learning about everyone that crosses my path, because there is a lot to be learned from our differing experiences. There is beauty in everyone.

With that I bid you adieu. I hope to get a chance to hear from you. :)
