I like to read and write, play computer games, watch TV on DVD, and make and listen to music. I have one brother, one sister-in-law, a new niece and two parents. I am not, and never have been, thin. I'm not likely ever to be thin, either. If that bothers you, I'm not the one for you.

I work in telecommunications as a conference call operator. I'd like to be doing more, but I don't like doing things alone, so it's mostly work and then just hanging out at home.

There are too many greats out there for me to have favorites. (Today) I like authors Laurell K. Hamilton, Laurie King, Janet Evanovich, Diane Mott Davidson, Nevada Barr. And I'll always enjoy the writing of Bill Bryson, Anne McCaffrey, Neil Gaiman, David Eddings and Susan Cooper, among others.

Movies I enjoy include Marnie, Name of the Rose, Deep Impact, Good Will Hunting, 28 Days Later, Twister, The Illusionist, Pan's Labyrinth, Taken, and a bunch of others.

I like all kinds of music, but prefer pop, showtunes, classical, medieval and renaissance, rock, and indie.

I love crab rangoon, pasta, soup, and breads.
