I actually keep most of my reading as non-fiction, I've a lot of
books about the plague lately.
I love all sorts of movies. Right now I'm kind of on a huge slasher
movie binge which means watching a lot of movies about camp crystal
lake and elm street.
The Wachowski's Speed Racer flick is something special.
The Darjeeling Limited is my favorite Wes Anderson movie, I still
need to see Moonrise Kingdom, though.
I really like Lars and The Real Girl and I'm kind of nervous to see
Her because I'm afraid I'll like it less after that. (update: Lars
& The Real Girl is still the better film)
In utero is my favorite Nirvana album.. Smashing Pumpkins, Queen,
and The Smiths were my first musical loves and will always have
that special place. Some days I'm angry and just want to listen to
gun club. Its all good.
I once had a dream where I saw Jenny Lewis in concert and the show
involved her "molting". Yeah I don't know what it means either. Her
discarded skin was slimey like that gross pizza that is thrown onto
Gilbert gottfried in problem child 2 (barrrfff).
My musical guilty pleasures are Phil Collins and My Chemical
I'm not a TV guy, though a friend surprised me with The Wire for
christmas and its been interesting. Of course I caught Breaking
Bad. Once I saw a rerun of Frasier on tv and there was a part where
his brother says "everyone, lets go out for victory lattes!" and it
made me laugh my ass off. I think I'm going to have to check out
the rest of the show. Alright I'm not going to lie by now I've
gotten through a fair bit of frasier on netflix.
