My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
"Did you know that true love asks for nothing?" ~ Stevie Wonder

Firstly, I love you. Yes, YOU. Not in a "take-your-clothes-off" type of way. I love you as my sister, friend, associate, best friend, and most important, a co-habitant of OUR earth. And while I do not expect you to feel as strongly as I do, all that I ask is that you take my seed of love, let it cultivate within you, share a seed with someone else, and watch OUR world become a better place.

If you are kind enough to go through my profile, you will realize that I talk about love...a lot, haha. That is because love is my motivation for EVERYTHING. Grace and favor is why I get up in the morning, though love is why I am HAPPY to get up in the morning. Love is what keeps me from getting upset at all of the negativity in the world. Love builds us back up when we are torn down by hate, and what keeps us up when hate tries to tear us down again. Hate breeds hate, though hate needs a host to survive. Love, on the other hand, grows exponentially, and spreads like wildflower, so why not be a host of love, instead of hate? I know of no stronger power than love, so while physical weapons are a real existence, imagine what would happen if those that use guns and knives used love instead? I truly believe that if we, as the human race, love each other with all that we have and are, our power is LIMITLESS. The troubles of our world would be no more. We can move mountains, touch the sky, reach the stars.

Anyone ready to change the world?

Now, onto the more basic information of me..,

My name is_________(message to find out!), though you can call me "Vee".. I am the son of two, brother of two, and father of none(yet). I am 5'11", 185 lbs(I used to be 325 lbs!), black, and am the product of the love of others, both past and present.

I live in North Carolina by way of New York, thus am a mix between ambition and hospitality.

COMPLETELY Random Facts About Me:

1. I am Lakers/Kobe Bryant fan
2. I LOVE cold pizza
3. I find myself eating food that I bought to eat at home...before it ever reaches the house
4. I may be the only person in the world that cannot stand the taste of yogurt
5. I want to marry Norah Jones
6. Outside of work, I likely spend as much time at the gym as I do in any other place
7. People that "prefer" to date exclusively within a certain race bother me

My BIGGEST Pet Peeve:
Women that have an overblown sense of self-worth, and unmitigated entitlement.

Example: Jack texts Jill. Jill takes FOREVER to reply, and is very short in the reply. Jack offers to take Jill out, yet Jill makes Jack feel like her time is SO PRECIOUS that she will likely have to put Jack on a waiting list, whilst hardly being proactive in making the time for Jack.

If I show interest in a woman, and the feeling is mutual, she should never make me feel like I have to work taxingly to get what she should be glad to give(ie - time, energy, etc.). If she is usually busy, I am understanding of that, though I am just asking for fairness and reciprocation. No one has more or less time than anyone else in the world, so with the time that we have, we should play less games, and make more magic.

Question: What is the easiest way to find out about me?

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Full-time workaholic here. I work at autism home with some awesome residents, and evenly awesome co-workers. I also work private cases as a caregiver for those with development and intellectual disabilities. When I am not doing that, I am finishing school for computer science.

Sleep? No, thanks.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

Talking about absolutely ANYTHING, at ANYTIME. My life is an open book, so ask me anything. Just know that, whether you do so or not, I will get in your business, regardless of importance, though know that I do so with BEST of intentions!

Treating others how I would like to be treated, even when they would rather be treated differently.

Shamelessly visiting women's profiles on OkCupid, knowing that they can see me, yet rarely working up the nerve to message them.

Others things that require you and I to talk about personally. Would you?

Shows? Family Matters, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Taboo, Brain Games, Prison Break, Lost, Double Dare, All That, Kenyan & Kel, DeGrassi, and too many more to mention.

Food? ALMOST anything, as long as it is not beef or pork. Chicken and fish? Another story...
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
To be honest, I could miss some things, though I understand the fleeting nature of worldly possessions, so I try not to covet materials. Easy come, easy go.

Here is my short-list of things that are important to me.

1. God - Not where I want to be, though he has brought from where I used to be
2. Love - Of course, haha
3. Family - The support is unmatched
4. Well-being - I only get one body
5.. Employment - Don't work, don't eat
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to love better.

How to become a better person.

How to make the world a better place.

How my spirit will affect the wold once I am gone.

How what I have done has affected what I do, and how that affects what I will do.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either working, recovering from work, looking for something to keep myself busy(no idle hands here), or just relaxing at home.

Please, help me get out of the house.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

This will sound SUPER weird, so get ready...

I feel like a lightning rod for the positive energy of others. I literally feel other people's energy. Every time that I see something good happening, or when I am a part of something good, ESPECIALLY LOVE, my skin gets hot like fire, almost as if I am absorbing that energy.

With this, I want to assume the responsibility of giving it back to others, in the hopes that they give it to someone, and then they give it to someone, until the problems of the world eventually dissipate. And while I know that I can not solve all of these problems by myself, I know that WE ALL have untapped positive energy that can usurp all that burdens our world, so all the good that has been given to me by God(with all due to respect to your deity, or lack thereof) has to be given back to the world to tap into that energy. I was never meant to hoard my blessings, nor can I take them with me when I die, though what I do for others will continue to travel from vessel to vessel, until eternity.

Am I crazy? Well, if believing there to be more good in the world than what meets the eyes, makes me crazy, go ahead and get the straight jacket, haha.
