Let's get started on the right foot. I'm on OKCupid for the right reasons: To find a friend and potential life partner (if it comes to that). 28 is not old at all, but the many experiences I've accumulated have granted me some profound perspectives on life. I'm now ready to open new chapters, be more adventurous and to experience even greater moments in life.

I have an enormous array of interests and passions in life. Movies, music, shopping, dining, nightlife and especially travel. Aviation has always held a special passion for me, and I'm currently working towards my private pilot's license.

I'm a student of life and will never cease to attempt to learn something new and experience all that this world has to offer. I absolutely have an analytical and scientific nature. I think things through, I make logical decisions. I admit that I do over analyze sometimes.

So, what am I looking for in more detail? Friends first. This is something I've learned is truly important. The most successful relationships - both physically, emotionally and otherwise - succeed when a solid friendship is at its core. Intelligence is a major turn-on. Be a braniac! Impress me with your knowledge of life, great and small. Whether you can explain how to build a rocket or teach me a new cooking recipe, I will be impressed so long as you have passion in what you do.

I'm seeking friends to share the same passions to explore everything that this world and the people in it have to offer; someone who doesn't settle for the ordinary. Intelligent conversation, passionate beliefs, a taste for adventure while living a life of leisure, and a genuine sense of self will win me over.

Traveling is at the absolute top of my list right now of how I want to spend my time. I've spent a long time working like crazy. I'm ready for sun, palm trees, white sand, blue waters and rum punches delivered all day long. Ultimately, I'd like to work as I travel, and my current profession allows for this.

I run an internet services company from my home. I'll spare you the boring details unless you ask :) In addition, I'm somewhat of a day-trader/investor, and my current strategy is to use this income to fund my traveling passion.

I strive to be successful with anything I do in life. Working at home, I enjoy the freedom and independence I get from it. It allows me to pursue passions of mine and to enjoy each day to the fullest.

Figuring out problems and creating solutions. I'm a great listener, and infamous for giving great advice when asked. I also have a talent for knowledge of random facts. Be prepared for some.

I'm also good at compromise and respect, but don't expect me to be a pushover either. You don't grow up an independent only child just to live passively!
