I am smart, honest, and constantly amused.

My Self-Summary

I'm a smart, happy-go-lucky kind of guy. I love movies, but I also like new music, reading, and cooking/baking.

I think Stephen King is better than Dean Koontz, The Golden Compass is better than Harry Potter, and Indiana Jones 3 is better than 1, but it's close. I really like seeing movies, going to parks and walking around, and listening to lots of different kinds of music.

I save the environment every day at work -- okay, not really, but I do work for an environmental firm.

What I’m doing with my life

I'm a project manager at an environmental firm. I really enjoy my job, and I'm pretty good at it.

I’m really good at

making music mixes for people. I can usually come up with a good mix for someone not too long after meeting them.

Here's one I threw together recently: http://mixtape.me/p/7806

I also make a mean carrot cake.

The first things people usually notice about me

The one people say most often is how young I look. I'm still waiting for the day where this becomes a good thing.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Books: Ender's Game, Dante's Inferno, Child 44, The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt.

Movies: Casino Royale, The Road to Perdition, and The Hunt for Red October.

Music: The Rolling Stones, Ben Folds, Vampire Weekend, Animal Collective, ELO, RJD2, Elbow

The six things I could never do without

Books, Netflix, my Ipod, nature, laughter, and good conversation.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

all sorts of things.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I have an irrational love of rap music.

You should message me if

you want a good music mix.
