My self-summary
I read a quote the other day which said that everything you say about yourself is a lie and I agree.
What I’m doing with my life
I travelled this winter in central america, and now I am back home. I like to garden, and it is very likely that I will spend the summer living in the garden hut, listening to the soughing of the winds going through the walnut tree, drinking nettle tea, learning more (as much as possible) about permaculture, and nature in general. On top of that I will try to figure out how to make money with what I love doing.
update: I will be in Barcelona for 3 months from April to July, interning at a permaculture institute, and after that I will be a month in greece at the Rainbow Gathering (I love those and if you do too we might already have a lot in common). After that I will probably go home again. Then I will drink nettle tea under the walnut tree.

I practice vipassana meditation daily for 2 hours, but I am a bit on the fence to accept the theravada buddhist doctrines (as in, pursuing enlightenment as a goal)

Other than that I read lots and lots of non-fiction books, investigating my relationship to all kind of things (ideally, anyway): money, people, myself, food, sex, habits, nature, the feminine, the masculine etc.
I’m really good at
I like photography, judge for yourself if I am good at it: viktorgruber.tumblr.com
The first things people usually notice about me
I eat constantly. Mostly fruits, so no worries.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books:
I Am That - Nisargadatta Maharaj
Sacred Economics, The Ascent of Humanity - Charles Eisenstein
A New Earth, The Power of Now - Eckhart Tolle
Everything by Michael Pollan
Prometheus Rising, Quantum Psychology - Robert Anton Wilson
He - Robert A. Johnson
Ishmael - Daniel Quinn
Narziss und Goldmund - Hermann Hesse
Collected Poems by Rumi

Concerning movies, 2001: A Space Odyssey was one of my favourites. In similar ranks: Of Gods and Men, Megacities, Hundstage/Dog Days, Baraka, Koyanisqatsi

taste in music changes too much, psytrance is a biggy, so is assorted ambient and jazz, other electronic music etc. I harbor a special love for Bobby McFerrins circlesongs, and assorted folk music. Hauschka is awesome too.
The six things I could never do without
seeing a sparkle in people's eyes, trees, books, nature, dancing, friends
I spend a lot of time thinking about
the nature of reality (that sounds imposing, eh), how to emancipate myself economically, all on a background of fairly unbroken mental chatter that clears every now and then to let the sun through.
