My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a pretty personable guy, I can be a bit of a nerd, and I take my fondness and enthusiasm for martial arts and fitness to a new levels. But I'm a personal trainer so that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

I enjoy studying and learning, and spend a lot of time reading and making notes - seriously my desk regularly looks like I'm making notes on how to take over the world - but I keep finding new things I haven't done or tried and I'm always up for the next challenge.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
- Planning two seperate vacations, one to america and one to germany for next year.
- Planning my next tattoo. Yay, more ink!
- Pressing the snooze button once too many times.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
If you were a stick, you'd be a good stick.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Depends on the time of day.
Before 9am I'm usually likened to being a Zombie.
After 10am I'd guess that it'd be that I'm practicing my Tai Chi or martial arts while in inappropriate places.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

The individual bands that I like are forever changing but there are a few bunch of groups I am really passionate about. The Foals is the favorite at the moment, Daughter for the gut-renching lyrics and music style, Birds of Tokyo and Karnivool (w00t for Ian Kenny - yes there is a little bit of bro-mance going on there), and Moby, the Pixies, Depeche Mode and Nirvana for some old school awesomeness.

I don't watch TV regularly but I do have a few favorite shows. For some great viewing check out Archer, Black Books, Black Adder, Futurama, Dr Who, Walking Dead, IT Crowd and Family Guy.

Movie-wise I loved Fight Club (probably not a big surprise there), Zombieland, Avengers, Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and the Battle for Red Cliff - yes it's a very random list...

However my biggest vice is reading, heaps of technical manuals covering fitness & nutrition books for work but also Fantasy novels to relax. The David Eddings, Lian Hern, Kylie Chan, H.P. Lovecraft, Arthur Conan Doyle, & Raymond Feist collections are the most prominant books that populates my bookshelf.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Coffeeeeee... enough said.
Training and drinking buddies - also known as friends.
Health and Fitness anything.
Anything distracting.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
- I wonder if I can lift that...
- Wondering, pondering and philosophising <-- Code for daydreaming
- Brains..... brains....!!! <-- pre-morning coffee
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out with friends, joking around and drinking possibly a bit more than I should, but just trying to enjoy the evening. Although at the moment there's the whole PT business thing which keeps making socialising a challenge...
