I am probably one of the most honest and open people you will ever meet. If a friend wants to know how their new haircut looks, they'll come to me. I tend to be very opinionated, I'm working on cutting negative thinking out of my life. I think that most things can and should be talked about, that's not to say I never shut up (that probably depends on who you ask). I feel that if you are embarassed or ashamed of something you should just get it out in the open, it will have less power over you that way. My philosophy in life is hedonistic. My rule is to never do anything I can't openly admit to.

I pretty much love my life and feel blessed to be living in a beautiful place like San Diego. I think I'm pretty laid back and grounded. I don't do drama, I don't do lies and bullshit. That being said I'm not a total bitch and won't tell you everything that comes to my mind, I don't think theres a point in being cruel. I can be sarcastic but not the hurtful kind (ok sometimes). I am against fundamentalism of anykind, this includes religious, political and dietary. It's ok to have ideals but it's not ok to be a rabid dickhead and go around trying to push your ideas down everyone elses throat.

I love my job, massage therapy and I love the school I am at now. I go to school with really wonderful people and feel so grateful to be where I am now.

I appreciate beauty in nature, buildings, food...everything. I love myself and other people. I am commited to being a great healer and embracing my work as who I am. I'm pretty damn liberal and while I used to pay attention to politics I decided to take a break after Obama got elected. It's hard starting up again because it's so depressing.

I'm trying to travel more and get out and do things that are outside of my comfort zone. I think life is about experience and learning. I try and say yes even if I want to say no.

As far as relationships go, I don't believe in monogamy. This doesn't mean I'm a slut. This just means I find it to be antiquated and limiting. I don't understand what "fidelity" has to do with commitement and love. I think its perfectly natural to want other people and even be able to love other people when you love someone else. I have many ideas about polyamory and am willing to talk about them at length time permitting. This being said I'm not into people that are just into fucking everyone. I'm not a swinger and I don't dig that lifestyle. Polyamory is different.

I am great at my job, I can be a pretty good listener- I find that people love to vent to me and I don't mind it most of the time.
I think I'm pretty funny and fun to be around, people seem to get a kick out of me.

I'm also getting to be a decent runner , allthough I only started in February so I have tons of room for improvement.

I think I make great playlists for dinners, house warming parties,cleaning and massaging.

FYI- Yes I am an HHP (massage therapist) but I do not accept clients off of dating websites.

Favorite books: Fahrenheit 451 -Ray Bradbury, Cats Cradle- Kurt Vonnegut, Enders Game- Orson Scott Card, Bonk -Mary Roach etc,....I don't get much leisure reading in these days...mostly books on Chinese medicine

Food: Sushi,Thai and Indian hands down.....but I'm open to a lot of different kinds

Music: Thievery Corporation, Royksopp, The Postal Service, Wax Tailor, oldies, lots of different kinds but mostly music that is really chill..like big sonic chill on 94.9..
