there): Rock, singer/songwriter, jazz (esp. exploratory stuff),
world, folk, reggae/dub, ska, funk, classical (esp. Minimalism, and
emotive symphonic stuff), hip-hop (esp. funky, sexy stuff),
hardcore, experimental/art, and electronic stuff out the wazzoo:
breakbeat, minimal techno, psytrance, deephouse, D&B, ambient.
Faves include: Pink Floyd, The Clash, Yes, The Who, Arcade Fire,
Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, J. Cash, Pharoah Sanders, Dwight
Trible, Philip Glass, Shostakovitch, Part, Stravinsky, Satie,

Books: I've mostly been reading nonfiction, but I'm getting into
some more fiction of late. I love Sagan and Druyan and dharma books
& talks (Alan Watts, Eckart Tolle, Caroline Myss). I love my
Human Anatomy coloring book. The Artful Universe, about the
physical and biological contexts that inform human aesthetics. The
(mis)Behavior of Markets by Mandlebrot, The Wind-up Bird Chronicles
(reading now). The Kite Runner.
