Creativity, visual arts, music and the written word are the things that speak to me the most. I am always on a quest for more information. Currently, I'm seeking balance in my life as I juggle many responsibilities every day. I'd like to meet someone interesting who could possibly add some fun to my routine. I'm not really sure what I am looking for beyond that at the moment. I guess it really just depends on the situation and the person. I'm just trying to enjoy life and take it day by day.
I don't really have any expectations from anyone I should happen to meet here. My hope is just that they would be honest and respectful. Authentic.

Of course I appreciate great food as well as stimulating conversation and going to hear some live music. I'm also very adventurous and love to travel.

Laughter is like air to me (totally necessary to thrive)! A good sense of humor goes a really long way in my book!

Living for the moment.

Creating, making things beautiful, listening, seeing both sides of any issue and most importantly having the ability to laugh at myself and not take life too seriously.

Silly question...probably that I'm not ordinary I suppose.

Hmmm...well I had better just start with music because this could take all day. Seriously. I'm a huge music lover and listen to a pretty broad spectrum of genres. I can appreciate most types of music, although I would say Country and Rap are my least favorite. Some of my fav artists are:

The Smiths, The Cure, Depeche Mode, David Bowie, Blondie, New Order, Joy Division, The Faint, Radiohead, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Xx, Muse, Cold War Kids, The Strokes, The Kooks, Arcade Fire, Faded Paper Figures, M83, MGMT, She Wants Revenge, The Postal Service, We Are Augustines and really FAR too many more to list, but I guess you get the general idea.

Movies: Labyrinth, Donnie Darko, Control, Edward Scissorhands, Office Space, the Hangover

Shows: The New Girl, The Office, 30 Rock, Big Bang Theory

Books: The Artist's Way, Parrots Of The World, Jonathan Livingston Seagull, The Seat Of The Soul

Food: Japanese/sushi, Thai, Mediterranean, Italian and Mexican. And also anything SPICY...there is no such thing as too spicy for me!!!

Music, colorful autumn leaves, chocolate, poetic lyrics and owls.

These are separate from family, friends and the basic essentials for survival of course :)

Space, the planets, stars, possible extraterrestrials. How very small we really are in the grand scheme of things...
