My self-summary
I'm a petite gal with a morbid and dry sense of humor. I have a tendency to rant when I am upset and occasionally throw the closest object, and if I were strong enough that might include humans. Not that I'm saying I'd throw a baby but if I could throw a full sized man I would.

I am still a kid. In fact I don't think I'll ever grow up. And that's okay, because I still see the wonder in and of the world. I like to have adventures, even if they're just to the supermarket. I love smiling and laughing and cuddling. Trying out new things can be fun too.

I'm a bit of a spazz. I'll freak out or geek over the stupidest things. I will dance for no reason and burst out singing in public bathrooms.

I love kids and have always wanted to be a mother. Right now I'm way too young and so spend a lot of time with my friends who actually have babies so I can pretend. I really see this as something far off in the future.

I have resolved to never get married. It's a ridiculous ceremony, as for unions... I seriously don't need a piece of paper signed by the government to tell me I love somebody.

My favorite animal happens to be a cat. Kittens are adorable and then when they get older they seem much more calm, all though mine enjoy putting their loves (cat hair) all over my freshly cleaned and folded laundry. I can't say I'm particularly fond of dogs, though my family does own one.

I am going to admit that I'm kinda afraid of the dark. Lots of stuff can hide there, you know. I really don't like bees. At all. I'm here to tell you now, diamonds are not a girl's best friend.
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to get into school for anthropology. I put it off way too long and I am super excited to go get my dream job! Get paid to dig in the dirt, oh yeah!
I’m really good at
Painting, drawing, writing, thinking, listening, cooking, driving, Guitar Hero (on Medium)
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm short. Really short. And they all seem to need to point that out. I think next comes my gender. Then my clothes. I like to do an 80's - 90's mesh. Ummm... and then I think it varies.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books, the list is reeeeeally long. I love reading. Can't get enough of books. But here, I'll try. Lesse, anything by Terry Pratchet. Harry Potter, Swordspoint, Elegant Universe, Abarat, Slow River, Pride and Prejudice, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, American Gods, Child Theif, The Plucker...

I don't watch a lot of movies. So, ah Nightmare Before Christmas, Lady in the Water, Lord of the Rings, X-Men, Mystery Men, Titan A.E., Back to the Future, Alien, Corpse Bride, The Village, Slumdog Millionaire, Penelope, Kick Ass, Scott Pilgrim VS The World, Serenity, Firefly (a show), Once Upon a Time, Doctor Who...

Music would be ska. Anything ska. So, Reel Big Fish, Skank Agents, Mustard Plug, Catch 22, Streetlight Manifesto, Goldfinger, Mad Caddies, Link 80, Less Than Jake, Five Iron Frenzy, They Might Be Giants... Weepies, Aquabats, Flogging Molly, Great Big Sea, Ben Folds, Daphne loves Derby, Sail by the Stars... My current obsession is Florence & the Machine.

And food? I love to eat. I avoid meat, though I do eat a lot of fish. I couldn't live with out sea food.
The six things I could never do without
Technically not six things buuuuut:
Long conversations about intellectual nothings.
The smell of an art room just after painters have finished.
Charcoal.
The smell of old books.
The feeling of rain (or water from a hot shower) running over my skin.
Novels
Summer nights when the air is warm and thick and fire flies dance and flash all around. The soft hum of bugs. Or Summer mornings with the sound of construction just outside and the sweltering, humid heat pressing down onto your sheets, which stick to your skin despite the fan being right on you.
The smell of fabric softener. The real stuff, not the smelly frou-frou crap.
Blankets fresh out of the dryer.
Winter nights when your room is cool, but the blankets you are curled up under are nice and warm. You sort of melt into the bed, the pillow cradling your head just right as the air make your nose cold so you have to curl tighter into your blankets until all of you is warm. The best is cuddling with a partner.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Life has been really chaotic for me lately. I've been given a lot of responsibility with my job and it's been consuming me completely. I'm excited to try to get into school for my dream job!
On a typical Friday night I am
at home... doing absolutely nothing. Reading. Writing. Drawing. Talking on the phone. -shrug- Maybe I'll be out with friends. or working.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I don't like to shave all the time, every day, constantly. I'm sorry, but to shave my legs is just a major pain in the ass! I just so happen to skip a couple times.
I’m looking for
  • Everybody
  • Ages 18–26
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating, activity partners, long-distance penpals
You should message me if
you wanna chat. Seriously, don't be afraid to message me. I'm not a scary gal! Be sure to avoid politics and religion with me, because in the end no one and everyone is right and we all go home hating each other for very stupid reasons. Pick up lines are essential, they make me feel special and pretty. But if you don't impress I won't reply. If you like geeks and are down for a Firefly marathon and cuddles.
