My self-summary
I'm tired. I'm the kind of guy who trusted too much and too often, and got burned for it, so now I tend to be very reserved and borderline cynical.

I am a huge smartass, a trait I inherited from my mother. I can be rather sardonic and my humor is quite dry, to the point some people don't know if I'm joking or not.

I have a highly critical taste in everything. I can see everything wrong with anything, but also see everything good about anything. I have high expectations of myself, and those can carry over to the people I meet. I can appreciate beauty in any form, however there are some people who are beautiful in ways that I don't find "relationship material".

I can be kind of an asshole, and can act extremely racist at times, but that's coming from my own familial background. I don't believe half the insults or comments out of my mouth, I say them for my own twisted entertainment.

I have very dark humor, but can also giggle like a schoolgirl at silly kid stuff as well.

I appreciate intelligence of any kind, and value time spent reading with my cat above going out and getting "crunk" or laid.

I'm former military, and sometimes act like a TI from BMT when I am on a deadline or just plain need something done.

I game, I play sports, I read, I cook, I don't like to clean but I will, I drive fast, I like to dress up and go dancing, I like to run around naked in my own home, and I enjoy running on the beach and diving. I have a great wide range of interests, and I'm gathering more as I go through life. Life is for the taking, not to be taken.
What I’m doing with my life
Just moved to the Miami area, taking in what the city has to offer.
I’m really good at
Pretty much anything I see, I can do at least moderately well. I am a Distinguished Expert in the NRA, and for those of you who don't know the significance of that, it means I'm damn good with a rifle. I am pretty much the best cook I know, and am also quite a talented pastry chef. I'm good with anything academic in nature, music and computers tend to come naturally to me, and gaming is a hobby of mine. The things I'm not really good at are maintaining patience with morons and keeping my smartass nature in check.
The first things people usually notice about me
Usually my eyes. Some people say my eyes make them uncomfortable, some say they are "bedroom" eyes. I'm also anything but shy (in person), and can be very blunt at times.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books:
There are so many good books I enjoy, and my tastes are rather expansive. Lately, I have enjoyed more of the Fantasy/Sci-Fi literature such as the Ender series and anything by Aasimov. I also enjoy a decent smutty Romance or a good biography on someone I find interesting. Mein Kampf was a very good read, as well as War and Peace.

Movies:
Loving the new Maleficent movie (I highly recommend it), and most anything by Tim Burton. I enjoy anything by Michael Bay so far, and dislike anything with George Clooney after Oceans and hate Leonardo Dicrapio.

Shows:
Family Guy, Rick & Morty, Criminal Minds, Say Yes to the Dress, NCIS, Law & Order, and most cartoons. I don't watch TV often, but if it's on, I change it to these.

Music:
Definitely Metal. Love classic Rock, 90s hip hop and rap, 80s-90s R&B, Punk, Country, some Classical, Movie Soundtracks, Pop, KPop, etc. Just don't play Bieber or Minaj and I'm pretty much ok with it.

Food:
Pretty much anything. I love to cook and I have mastered Italian, Greek, and Korean. I am learning German and Chinese, and would love to expand my pastry knowledge more as well. I have been baking cakes for a very long time, and love to wow people with my ideas. I just don't like whole nuts, mushrooms, olives, avocado, or brussels sprouts. And I will never be vegetarian because I LOVE steak. Screwing up a steak is a crime in my opinion.
The six things I could never do without
(Other than the obvious Air, Food, Water, etc)

1. My Family
2. My Best Friend
3. My Cat Aluris
4. Chocolate
5. Music
6. My Car
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I like to think about my next steps. I try to plan everything I do carefully and concisely.

I think about how we'd act if we had to spend time hanging out with a clone of ourselves and if it would improve our behaviour.

I think about how awkward I am through text communications, but how I have no problem in face to face situations. I don't know how that works just yet.

I think about the misconceptions people have nowadays about historical events and current issues, and why the general populace can't seem to utilize complete sentences or proper contractions.

I think about everything, everywhere, every day, all the time. I'm hypomanic.
On a typical Friday night I am
Right now? Either having a quiet drink watching a movie, or looking for something to do in town.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I tend to have a lot of things that I'd consider "private", however, I also have no qualms about answering questions completely and truthfully. I'm an open book, I just want someone with the desire to read me. So for this section, just ask me.

You should message me if
I have standards. But I also know that the majority of females perusing the site will not be the ones initiating conversation and I respect that. If you DO initiate conversation, I respect that more. So here's the checklist:

1. You take care of yourself physically.
2. You have a sense of humor.
3. You type properly, and don't use "u" or "r" or "y" as whole words, and can actually spell. Doing otherwise kills my respect for you and also makes my corneas bleed.
