I was an elite athlete and now that I'm in the Masters category I decided to see how fit I could get. So I'm racewalking my neighborhood at twilight, after work, and competing on weekends. I alternate between the joy of feeling the exuberance of physicality and painful exhaustion. The hard work is paying off and my body is a lot of fun to be in!

I created a holistic health center and, at work, I get to fill people's heads with all kinds of positive thoughts about themselves. They get thinner, healthier, younger, happier, and smarter as we work together and its just a gas. I could be working with a grandmother rolling around on the floor on her foam roller to help her regain balance or unscrambling a 4 year old's brain so he can begin to talk.

People come to see me because they want to move up to the next level, either with a health problem that's been bugging them or just to move more into their greatness.
