Hello, my name is Ryan. I like cats, chip tunes, dark weather, cities, and loads of boring stuff. I often drink too much coffee. I hate driving more than life itself. When I grow up, I want to be a real boy. I enjoy playing acoustic guitar and ukulele (badly), painting (badly), insulting advertisements (goodly), writing poetry like an emo kid, and drinking to excess with friends. Get a couple drinks in me and we'll be best friends. I also enjoy watching professional American football more than I should, and I consider it a dirty pleasure. Before you ask, my favorite color is relative to its surroundings.

Hmm. Life isn't really a tool to be applied, the way I see it. I tend to experience life.

So, nothing.

You'd have to ask people who know me. I don't feel that I'm "really good" at much of anything. I'm good at waiting and being quiet, I suppose.

Usually that I don't talk much. This is often followed by the classic "you need to quiet down over there, harharhar."

Books: I more often read nonfiction stuff. Just any topic that sounds interesting at that moment. I like 1984 by George Orwell, Catcher In The Rye by JD Salinger, anything by Carl Sagan, anything by Chuck Palahniuk, Brave New World by Aldous Huxley, etc. So basically the same stuff everyone else my age reads.

Movies: Donnie Darko, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Requiem for a Dream, Fight Club, Waking Life, Human Centipede 2, Enter the Void, Pink Floyd's: The Wall, A Scanner Darkly. I'm not a huge movie person, really. In general, I do like a good psychological thriller.

Music: Bright Eyes, Brand New, Crystal Castles, Pink Floyd, Sleep Party People, Neon Indian, Slipknot, Deftones, Soley, Dntel, Grizzly Bear, Mindless Self Indulgence, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Tobacco, Say Anything, Every Time I Die, The Smiths, Andrew Jackson Jihad, Sunny Day Real Estate, Johnny Hobo and the Freight Trains, System Of A Down, Elliott Smith, Radiohead, Thom Yorke, Iron & Wine, Angelspit, Animal Collective, Kind Of Like Spitting, Haley Bonar, Armor For Sleep, The American Analog Set, Alkaline Trio, Gregory and the Hawk, Baths, Panda Bear, The Cure, etc. I also love a lot of random EDM. I listen to music A LOT. Everyone says that, but you've no clue.

There's not much I honestly couldn't do without. Internet, I suppose. Melodramatic music.
