My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Holy crap this was out of date all around.

So, in brief... just moved to Fayetteville with the BF. Settling in alright I guess, just looking for friends in the new area right now.

If you like board games, especially the more unusual ones, let me know, we've got a stack of them an no one to play them with here yet.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working full time. I do project management for a telecom, I promise that it isn't as interesting as it sounds but it pays the bills nicely and I get to work from home.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Learning things, I pick up new things really quickly. Except tact... and not making bad puns...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I dunno, probably my sarcasm... don't let it put you off.

Or they tell me I look like "a young [censored]" I'll tell you who if you ask, but I'm trying not to encourage the rabble.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I read a lot. Not as much as I used to, but a lot of Sci-Fi and Fantasy. Everything from Piers Anthony to RA Salvatore.

Not all that big on movies or music, I usually get impatient before they're over unless I'm doing something else (like reading) at the same time.

Food... I love food. I love to cook, I love to eat, I'll try anything. I've been on a bit of a Sushi kick lately, but when I cook it's usually casseroles. I love my precious crock pot.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Things I can't do without? I don't know, you'd be amazed the things you can go without when you have to.

1) My Towel (yep, I went for the reference) 2) Definitely food. Yep, I need the food. 3) A roof over my head and a floor beneath my feet. 4) Q-tips. 5) Legos (Ok, I could, but why would I want to?) 6) My books, no specific books, just books in general, more the idea, the concept of books.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Other places. I love to wander around aimlessly. I like to get lost and then find my way home.

Oh, and in my free time, politics. I'm a political geek, but I don't talk about it much. My views are a on the far side of cynical, it usually puts people off or makes them angry at me.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Well... nowadays I'm pretty much always home Friday nights. I'm just too awesome to go out any more.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have a teddy bear... What? My bedroom isn't private enough?
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're not me. 'Cause if you are me, then that's pretty creepy. But seriously, talk to me if you don't know me and are bored. Or if you do know me, but if you do know me you probably have better ways to message me than this. So if you aren't using those... I'll probably make fun of you.
