I'm generally pragmatic, highly in favor of personal liberties, looking to live a happy life an' that's about it.

Definitely a nerdy engineer at heart which probably becomes more and more apparent as you get to know me.

I have friends from all walks of life and different parts of me fit into various 20something stereotypes that are at times completely contradictory. I like things like Twins games just as much as borderline illegal parties at the Sound Gallery.

INTJ describes me pretty well.

For money, I work at a med tech company - first job after college. I'm looking at going back to school in a couple of years, depending on what kind of opportunities I can find in the near future now that I have a few years experience under my belt.

Day to day: relaxing, watching TV, dickin around online, books, cookin' grub, eatin' grub, drinking drinks, video games, hanging out with friends... pursuing happiness. I am getting more and more into yoga, and try to get some form of exercise almost every day. I got a bike and am trying to keep my car parked whenever possible.

I am pseudo-officially making my 2013 the year of the music festival. Hitting up a bunch while the time is ripe.

Overall I feel fortunate to be where I'm at. MN is great and life is overall good.

I have been approached in many a dimly lit bar and told I look like Harry Potter. Actually that's only happened a few times, and I think alcohol was a factor - but I was flattered.

I read the usual books that everyone reads so that I can make a sad claim to being well-read. I loved Vonnegut and Klosterman but am through all their stuff... I have been reading more nonfiction lately, to feel like I'm still learning things now that I'm not in school.

TV/Movies: I love Arrested Development, Freaks and Geeks, Louie, Seinfeld, Californication, Game of Thrones... I see movies that get good reviews, leaning towards comedies.

Music: Generally either hip hop or indie. Rhymesayers crew, Doomtree crew, Old School East Coast///Modest Mouse, Miike Snow, LCD Soundsystem, Tom Waits, Belle & Sebastian, Bon Iver, Black Keys, Edward Sharpe, Frank Ocean, Mountain Goats, Tallest Man on Earth, The xx... you get the gist. Music is important to me so it'd be cool if we liked some of the same stuff.

Food: Both my parents are from Wisconsin so things can get pretty serious between me and a block of sharp cheddar. I tend to eat more for fuel when left to my own devices. However, I love going out to eat and getting stuff I don't want to make - all kinds of ethnic food. Overall I'm pretty easy to please food-wise.

-Chapstick. I have some sort of phobia about my lips being anything less than perfectly moisturized.
-Smartphone. I rely heavily on GPS, and it would be frustrating to go back to not having google 24/7.
-Exercise. I need the resulting endorphins and I like being in shape.
-Caffeine. To be awake and somewhat coherent before 11 AM.
-Green Bay Packers. I don't have a tattoo on my ass or anything, but I am a lifelong fan.
-Prescription Sunglasses. Which is funny, since I only got my first pair not 2 months ago. Gamechanger.

Whatever I am doing at the moment, trying to enjoy myself.
