I have always been an avid walker and have just graduated to jogging-running. So I do a walk-jog-run kind of exercise.

SPOOKY AS ALL HELL. I also like alot of 60's soul music like Sam and Dave, The Four Tops, LEVI STUBBS, The Temptations, The Contours- WHO I SAW LIVE! and Bush, Red House Painters- seriously under rated and amazing. TV- NORMALLY I haven't enjoyed a good television show in about 10 years. But I nearly worship the show Metalocolypse, I am freaking serious, this how makes me laugh which is hard to do lately. I also like House, I mean, what's not to love about a near 50 year old who treats people like HORSE SHIT but underneath it all has a heart of gold? Anyway I'll pretty much watch anything on the Discovery Channel. Rescue Me. What can I say? Denis Leary is funny as hell. Kingdom Hospital, ER, only season 1-6, after that it became "The Abby Lockhart variety hour". It's always sunny in Philadelphia, The Adventures of Pete and Pete]], "Are you afraid of the dark?,The Mystery Files of Shelby Woo, Eerie Indiana, So Weird, Legends of the Hidden temple, Salute your shorts, HEY DUDE!, Doug, Eureka's castle, Global Guts,Friends,Friday the 13th, the series, nearly anything on The Chiller channel], The X-Files, Clarissa explains it all, All that, more recently Rescue Me, Denis Leary is great and looks 24 years younger than he really is.True Blood, I judged people for so long about liking it and then I watched it and it was AWESOME.
