I'm a fiercely proud and patriotic USAF veteran. I'm newly divorced and I hate asking for a table for one when I go out to eat! I'm looking for a woman who's bright, witty and attractive, preferably in that order. I'm away from home more than 12 hours a day for work, so I don't have much opportunity to meet new people. On top of that, my job is regulatory in nature, so I can't socialize with the people I work around either. It's frustrating, but I love my work. I've lived in the area for just over 4 years, and I haven't made many friends in town, but the few I have made I'm fiercely loyal to and would do anything for. I'm a transplant from Louisiana and a graduate of LSU (GO TIGERS!!) I have a retired racing Greyhound for a pet. Anything else you want to know, just ask.

When i'm not working, lately I've been spending my time getting my new apartment set up. I try to walk three miles every day, but I don't always have the time. I enjoy cooking, indoors and outdoors. I enjoy target pistol shooting and I'm in the process of getting certified to be an instructor.

Books - anything by Tom Clancy, Vince Flynn, Brad Thor -political thrillers. I'm hooked on audiobooks and my Kindle.
Movies - all time favorite movie is Monty Python and the Holy Grail, I like Tarantino/Rodriguez films, and I love cheezy zombie movies.
Shows - I dont watch much tv, but I do like Sons of Guns, Human Target, and I'm not afraid to admit that I like both Chuck and Glee.
Music - very eclectic - mostly anything except Opera or Hardcore Rap - I don t like being yelled at in any language. My favorite group would have to be U2.
Food - I like most ethnic foods: Greek, Mexican, Cajun, Italian, Middle Eastern.

At home wishing I wasn't, or at least wishing I wasn't there alone, but also thankful for the rest after a long week.

I do envy my friends who have children. While our careers were taking off, my ex and I never had the time to stop to have kids. One of us was either in school or on the road the entire time we were together.
