My Self-Summary
I am an exchange student from Seattle, Washington. I'm living in
Nagoya Japan at the moment but in December I'll be back in
Bellingham. I'm working on a degree in Asian Studies and Costume
Design,( I know its kinda weird.)
I have traveled to Italy, Britain, France and now Japan, I'd like to go more places but at the moment I'm strapped for cash!
I care a lot about other people and want to do my best to help the current condition of humanity.
I'd like to teach English as a Second Language some day, teaching makes me feel really happy and I always leave the classroom either completely satisfied or completely complexed.
I don't come from a rich family but I don't come from a poor one either, I've worked for everything I have right now and every opportunity that has come my way has seemed like some what of a blessing to me.
I feel like I'm too young to have a serious relationship right now but I also feel like sleeping around wont satisfy me either.
I'm the kind of girl who likes to cook and watch romantic comedies but I'm also the kind of girl who likes swearing and playing video games and going camping. I try not to take myself seriously, I'm constantly telling jokes and i'm not satisfied until everyone around me is smiling.
It's hard to summarize myself but I guess that will have to do for now!

What I’m doing with my life
Studying Japanese language and culture in Nagoya until December
when I can go back home to my off-the-floor comfy bed and mountains
of school work.

Making friends, making people laugh, making chocolate chip cookies
and omurice, History, computers, art(i guess)

Books: most American Literature (Adventures of Huckleberry Finn,
Joy Luck Club, Blades of Grass...)
Movies: Sakuran, Koizora, Juno, Dogma, 28 days/weeks later, Dawn of the Dead, Miyazaki films, Kevin Smith films, Formula 17,27 dresses... I really like a lot of movies.
Music: japanese and Korean music for the most part. I like a lot of Hip Hop recently.
Food: mmm I can't really think of food I don't like except for Natto.
