I am all that, then some, and a little bit more.
My Self-Summary
In the East Bay and at my job for a couple years now. Work occupies
my time heavily during weekdays and I am adjusting to a 'normal
routine'. So, it would be nice to get together with someone every
so often and explore the Bay Area. Someone to go to shows with, a
meandering hike, or simply enjoying each others company. A partner
in crime. A friend and confidante. I am a fairly easy-going blend
of humor and intellect, so I like to think. Also feel as though I
am pretty self-aware. Know my strengths and weaknesses. I enjoy the
outdoors when weather permits, dining, movies and music of all
sorts. My interests vary greatly and so should yours. I am open
minded and willing to try and learn new things. Let's see if we
have something to talk about and go from there...
Best of luck in your search.
What I’m doing with my life
What indeed? Pursuing commercial real estate, and it's an elusive
sucker. But I like it, and I am up for the challenge. Oddly enough,
my original intentions were to create more freedom in my life, but
somehow this career choice occupies more of my time than I would
like...for now. I see the light at the end of the tunnel, and it is
brilliant.
Let's see what esle? Outrigger canoe racing, albeit this year is
starting out to be a wash. You know, I am just living life to the
best of my ability with consciousness on both big/small levels and
in daily/eternal scales.
I’m really good at
being really good. Am I just supposed to brag here? C'mon, it's
likely that I may think I am good at something and be completely
delusional. I am pretty good at leaving the toilet seat down. That
should get me points in some social circles.
The first things people usually notice about me
People notice me really? Ah how sweet...you know I've never really
asked. "What's the first thing you noticed about me?"
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Not sure that I'd say I am a foodie, will eat anything from
burritos to sushi, although mostly vegetarian (pescatarian). Like
organic and local, but in true bachelor style won't shy away from a
frozen pizza.
Paulo Coelho - The Alchemist
David James Duncan - The River Why?
Brendon Burchard - Life's Golden Ticket
Trina Paulus - Hope for the Flowers
Music, music, music. If it's good, I love it. If it sucks, I am not
a fan.
Movies, yep, I like those too. Am kind of a sucker for romantic
comedies. I don't know why, I can't help myself. Like action too,
so throw in a little kung fu.
The six things I could never do without
Air
Water
Food

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Nothing. Really. I contemplate nothing all day and I absolutely
love it.
On a typical Friday night I am
Spending a quiet night at home. Working a side job.
Drinking a beer at a pub. (Yes, I'm a beer snob) Seeing a live
show. Spending a quiet night at home. (Yes, I said that twice - I
am not one of the 'cool' kids and I am okay with that)
You should message me if
...you feel like it. I mean really, why are we here in the first
place? To meet people, right?
