I am a full time student getting into his second career in life. I'm inked, wear glasses and am bearded...basically very handsome. I can start, carry or contribute to any conversation. Well, after that initial shy guy mentality goes away. I bike, hike and like your typical Portlander stuff. I don't smoke nor do I date smokers so that is a deal breaker.

In school for my second career. This go around will be as a civil engineer, at least that is the plan. This second year is pretty brutal. I graduate this June.

I was a successful Chef for over 11 years, and yes I still have the skills. Too bad first dates are no longer the, "hey come over and let me cook for you," kind. Maybe they never were but movies sure made it seem that way. Anyways, the lifestyle working in restaurants promoted was no longer appealing to me.

I also worked in the Willamette Valley making some amazing Pinot for a few years in the fall.

If I'm not wearing long sleeves, my ink catches many people's eye. I have full sleeves on both arms, one is a work in progress. If not the ink then they notice I'm shy alone or laughing with friends.

Books: Rereading a series of books from many years ago. Area 51. I honestly don't read a bunch anymore. Too many textbooks to contend with.

Last 3 on DVD: Ratatouille, Taken 2, TED
Last 3 in Theater: Silver Lining Playbook, Here Comes the Boom, Moonrise Kingdom.
Last 3 Internet TV shows: Arrow, Nikita, The Office

Music: Our Lady Peace, my hands down favorite! I listen to any radio genres. Alternative, Rock, Country would be the most common.

Food/Drink: I am a Chef, I love anything, well most anything.

Lately it seems any women seemingly worth getting to know is near impossible to start a conversation with.

- You think a man that can cook amazing food and make you laugh/smile is sexy.
