I hate having to write self summaries, but here is my best effort. I joined the Navy after high school. I have no children and I am not sure when I will. It could be in the cards- later on- hopefully.

I love ink, body art, tattoos whatever you want to call it. I have a LOT of them, with plans to get more. YAY!!! I love to paint (mostly oil painting or acrylics, and I love to cook. Lately, I have been indulging more in reading and playing on the computer as I have not found the inspiration to start a new project. I like to swim, sing, dance, play pool or just hang out with my friends watching movies or at the bar. I love to get out and have fun with friends.

I am trying to just live life, while bettering myself whenever I can. Day by day, I take it as it comes. I have been thinking about going back to school, though I'm not sure what I would study- I do have some ideas. I was in nursing school, but didn't complete the program. I am also one class away from getting my associates from SPC in foreign language and have decided I would like to learn ASL as well as refreshing my Spanish skills. I also want to travel more- want to see Europe, Africa and South America.

I'm really good at just going with things, taking it easy- though I hate for people to break plans (I know it seems like a contradiction, but it isn't. I just like to stick to the plan IF there is one). I am a social chamelion.

I am also really good at listening. Many of my friends call me when they have a problem, and even if I have no advice, they are glad for an ear to bend or a shoulder on which to cry.

my eyes- they're blue, or those (pesky) freckles across my nose and cheekbones which tend to stand out more when I have been out in the sun. My confidence and complete insecurity.

Books- I really love to read. My favorite books range from Aloha, Mr. Lucky(a cheap paper back I picked up in the dollar store, and cannot find another copy of!!) to The Celestine Prophesy and a whole lot more, though lately I have been on an Charlaine Harris (The Sookie Stackhouse novels on which the HBO series True Blood is based) kick. Recently have read some Stephen King, Anne Rice, a prayer book, and have been thumbing through a cookbook. My preferred read is usually fiction.

Movies- I generally prefer romantic comedies, but anything funny will do, as I LOVE to laugh. I also like psychological thrillers- THEY ROCK! (but not so much the gory slasher flicks- they are not my thing.)

Music- My tastes depend on my mood for the day, everything from Ludacris to Avenged Sevenfold to Reba and much much more. Lately it's been more mixed up than ever and I'm loving it! I love to sing and dance also!

Food- I like to bake. My favorite foods are chineese, american, mexican, itallian. I like to cook at home or go out.

Six things that I could never do without are God, family, friends, a job, time alone, and caffiene.

I didn't realize until recently that some of these things were so important to me. In the past family, friends and God were not a priority. My faith has gotten me through the most rotten of situations and is very one of the VERY most important things in my life. I'm not a bible beater or someone that HAS to go to church, but I believe and that's that. God has blessed me with great people in my life and I don't want to waste what I've been given.
