Where to begin? I am a college graduate now (ugh gosh I am old). I
am just trying to find my place in the world right now and do
something that will pay the bills and at least somewhat make me
happy. I believe in
God and in fact I know without a shadow of
a doubt I wouldn't make it through any day without Him. He is
constantly reminding me that my way isn't going to work, so I am
just trying to figure out where I fit in God's plan and what I can
do to show my love for God and for people. I am all about helping
others...I guess you can just call me a people pleaser most days. I
have been jaded by one to many bad relationships and am trying
really hard not to give up on love. I'm hoping there's some guy out
there that can show me that true love really does exist. I just
want someone who is honest and cares about me enough to show it
every single day. I'm tired of guys who want all the benefits of a
reltaionship without the responsiblities and commitments that come
with them.
I love to
read! I'll
read just about anything you put in front of me. Jodi Picoult and
Nicholas Sparks are two of my favorite authors. I love music,
espeically
country
and
80's
music. But I'm not opposed to listening to other things either.
I'm also a sports kinda girl,
football and
basketball are my favorite. I
definitely love the University of Kentucky and totally bleed blue.
GO CATS! I like to
cook, but I don't do it very often because
I hate making a meal for just myself. I also love
hanging out with friends or
enjoying a cup of coffee and good conversation.
10 Life Lessons I Have Learned
1. Just becasue you move away from home doesn't mean that you don't
love your family. Sometimes moving out on your own truly is just
forcing you to grow and be responsible.
2. Girls are girls. I know profound. But we are moody, bitchy,
coniving, sneaky, caring, loving etc, etc. When a group of girls
are friends (or "best friends" in the high school world) leave them
be when the are fighting. My friends and I do fight and to the
outside world it seems a lot worse than it is. We will make amends
in our own time...don't worry.
3. Life is too short to hold grudges. Who can say we will be here
next year, tomorrow, hell even in the next 5 minutes. Don't be
afraid to live life for what it truly is.
4. It's ok to spend a day doing nothing but watching movies with
your friends. And it's even more ok to pick out movies that you
know you will all sit and cry over. That's what great movies are
made for.
5. Your parents know more about your life than you ever could have
imagined. But that's ok too, because there comes a point that they
realize you aren't such a bad kid after all.
6. Sometimes the real world sucks. You've just got to take it all
in stride and do what you can do. You'll never make every one
happy. And if it's making you happy that's all that truly
matters.
7. Friendship truly is priceless. You may not realize this one till
college, but when you do, find those certain friends and spend a
lifetime making memories to look back and laugh on!
8. Don't be afraid to roll the windows down, turn the radio up and
belt out your favorite tunes. Sure you may get a few weird looks,
but what's the chances of seeing those people again anyway you
know? Who knows I'm sure there are plenty of rockstars who got
there start just like that!
9. It truly is better to have loved and lost than to have never
loved before.
10. And last but not least, if you love someone tell them. Be it
your mom, dad, sister, brother, best friend, lover, etc. It never
gets old. And sometimes you don't how much shit you can get someone
through just by reminding them how much you care!
"I Want A Guy..."
who would move the hair away from my [eyes] and then
kiss me.
hold my hand
in line at the mall and make all the girls [jealous].
Someone who would
sing to me at random moments.
Who would let me
sleep on their chest.
A boy who would get [mad] at someone if they call me [ugly] or was
mean to me.
I want someone who would call me [3] times a day if he went
away.
Someone who would let me [gossip] to him and would just
smile and agree with
everything I said.
He would throw [stuffed animals] at me when I acted dumb but then
kiss me a million
times.
Someone who would make fun of me just to make me
laugh.
he would take me to the park and
put his hand around my
waist and give me big bear
hugs all the time.
He would tell his friends about me and
smile when he did it.
And we'd
make out
in the [pouring rain].
He would never be afraid to say
I love you in front of his friends,
and we'd argue about [silly] things and then
make up.
I want a boy that would
kiss me at midnight on New Years and
count the

make

under the same

Someone who would tell me I'm [beautiful] but not too often.
who would make me
laugh like no one else could.
But mostly, I want someone who would be my
best friend and would NEVER BREAK MY
HEART!
I work as a clerk at a hospital on night shift (7p-7a) while I am
working on getting my master's degree and teaching certification. I
want to teach family and consumer sciences at the middle or high

happy.

My biggest fear is never finding someone who loves me.
You aren't looking for friends with benefits. You want to find
something real. You aren't into playing games. I seem like someone
you could get along with.
