I'm a 40 year old mother of two, and I am disabled by chronic fatigue syndrome. I've recently re-married, and own a home-based metaphysical and exotic reptile business. I am also an author of both fiction and non-fiction.

I have two children, of which my ex managed to get joint custody.

I'm a psionics student and instructor (psychic development), and a therianthrope. So, I'd get along well with other psis. If you don't know what therianthropy is, you're probably going to think it's strange. I expect I'd be most happy with another otherkin, at least, if not another therian. I like vampires too (sanguinarian, psi-vamp, doesn't matter). Probably not so much so folks who aren't any of the above...it's just hard to relate.

I'm not religious, but I am a former pagan, and I like pagan holidays and celebrations. I don't have "faith"...deities to me are there, but I don't seem to have a reason to interact with them. I suppose spirituality to me is the feeling you get when you're standing on the side of a mountain looking out over trackless wilderness. I need nothing more.

I dearly love camping, fishing, amateur photography, and simply being out in the woods.

I'm also a fan of fantasy, science fiction, and horror in all media. I particularly love reading.

I'm also a professional breeder of ball pythons (a type of snake), and plan to expand my interests in herpetoculture, so if you're skeered 'o' snakes, you may not wanna come over for movie night. :) My babies (the scaly ones) are gearing up for the breeding season right now, chowing down on lots of rats. The other half of my biz is a metaphysical business (through Ebay), selling guardian servitor spirits. They are bonded to pendants, bracelets, earrings, display stones, and other stone items. As an author, I have self-published two non-fiction metaphysical books, both rather short. 'Beginning Psionics: A Psionics Training Manual' has recently been revised, and is available for the kindle, and in pdf format. The paperback version has not yet been revised. 'An Energy-Workers' Guide to Real Vampirism' is available revised in pdf, but other versions have not yet been revised.

My fiction work is set in the book universe I have created, The Worldwalkers Universe. They are primarily vampire novels, but also include the werewolf-like Rael-Shaa. Quantum reality travel, science, magic, and psionics, are all elements that make these intimate adventure stories unique. (Intimate adventure is a genre that deals with the relationships between characters as a focus, against the backdrop of external events; not romance, though it may contain romance).

Available for free in pdf, epub, and mobi formats is 'Free Time', the first short story I have released in this book universe, and also the first chapter of book 4 in the Rogue Saga. Reading, zoology/animal husbandry/wildlife observation, strange paranormal stuff, spending an awful lot of time in front of a computer screen (you have been warned).

I don't wear makeup...I'm just guessing here, no one has ever mentioned this to me, lol. Oh, and I panic when I meet people for the first time and I'm expected to get to know them. I get over this with repeat exposures, though.

But I do like fried clams, and adore scallops.

Books, wilderness, um...my head, lungs, heart....(obviously running out of ideas). I could do without the internet, but I'm much happier with it.

You're honest and sincere, and don't mind women who like to run howling through the woods on occasion (even if I don't usually have the stamina for it). I'm mostly looking for friends to do things with, I'm happily married. I can never seem to find anyone with common interests who likes fishing. :P
