Right now I'm working on settling into Winnipeg. I'm starting a new job, and am loving it! In the short term, I'd like to take some upgrading courses, because I love to learn!

- Relating to people! I have a knack for getting along with just about anybody. Young or old, rich or poor, I can generally find some common ground.

- Listening! Everyone has a story, and I enjoy hearing about life from other angles.

- Cooking! It's what I do for work, so I'd better be good art it! I am also trying to live a healthier lifestyle, and I strive to make almost everything I eat from scratch. Homemade food is simply better, and better for you. None of that processed crap :p I'm au natural!

I'm pretty friendly! Apparently I smile a lot and I've been told I'm pretty likeable :-P

Books: I'll read just about anything! Light reading would be John Grisham-type novels. Heavier reading could include subjects like theology or philosophy. I also enjoy autobiographies.

Movies: Depends on the mood! I will pretty much watch anything from comedies to thrillers.

TV: Honestly not much of a TV watcher. I enjoy the odd sitcom... Just recently got into How I Meet Your Mother. House is pretty entertaining! Other than that, I like real life stuff (Discovery Channel, History Channel type shows)
