Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
When you look at me, what do you see? Perhaps you see a smile, a
twinkle in my eyes, color, books, and I'm told a demeanor that says
"talk to me...come to me...let's talk and connect." I love life. In
a picture of me at the age of 5 which I recently found in my
mother's album, I was hugging my little friend, had my arm around
her and was clearly a happy child who enjoyed hugging. I haven't
changed. Yes...I'm now several decades older. Ha! But inside, I'm
still that happy person, hugging life.
I am what I love: music, music, music; good food & wine,
traveling, cuddling, cooking, holding hands, kissing the man I
adore, going to concerts, the movies, and the opera; listening to a
variety of music ranging from Cold Play to Beethoven; reading
poetry and history; going to a spa or staying home in my PJs all
day doing nothing specific. I also love my grandchildren and am
thrilled that they are so busy with their lives I have to make a
"play date" in advance to make sure I catch them; I love playing
board games with the kids sprawled on the floor. I'm retired from a
variety of professional activities, having served organizations for
over 20 years as leader and servant. I now enjoy my work having a
private practice as a Relationship Coach, having conversations with
people about how they can love the life they are living by having
relationships they love
Long ago, after I had survived cancer, I promised myself that I
would live the rest of my life with the clear intention of loving
everything I do. If I didn't like my work, I would either change my
job or change my attitude about the job. for the past 30 years, I
have kept that promise: I love everything I do and do everything I
I have a very full and busy life. I've been a widow for 8 years and
although single life has been an adventure, I would much rather
share life with a special partner. Are you a man who will capture
my heart and my attention to the point I will be inspired to be
with you exclusively? That remains to be seen.
I love to be in the company of a special man, enjoy a satisfying
sexual partnership, being friends and lovers -- I enjoyed being
married and find partnership satisfying. Although I've discovered
that being a widow and single isn't terrible, being in a loving
relationship would be delicious. Of course there are no guarantees
in life, so I'm willing to take a calculated risk in meeting YOU.

I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Listening, loving, learning. I'm really good at smiling at life and
hugging life... I love to cook and am really good at it. Since I've
made a good living for over 30 years as a singer, I would guess
that I'm really good at singing. I throw really good dinner
parties. I give excellent foot massages.

Most people comment on my smile and my high energy, although it is
"serene." I'm not frenetic, just enthusiastic and joyful. People
tell me they like being around me because I'm positive and upbeat,
easy to talk to.

Too many and too much to list here. I've lived my life as a singer
surrounded by many kinds of music, especially classical. I love
opera -- many kinds of opera. I have thousands of books in my
office and home, floor to ceiling bookcases everywhere. I love to
cook many kinds of food and enjoy a variety of different kinds of
restaurants. I'm a regular movie-goer... love love love the movies.
I go to NYC to theatre and concerts whenever possible. If/when we
meet, you can take a look at my library and get a sense of what I
read. Lots of spiritual wisdom like Neale Donald Walsch and Eckert
Tolle, like mystical Judaism and Tibetan Buddhism. I love the
poetry of John O'Donohue and Mary Oliver.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
MUSIC, BOOKS, COFFEE, WATER, BLACKBERRY, KISSING
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The next book I can write, project I can create, program I can
facilitate. The next person I will meet who will captivate my
imagination and even grab my heart. Meeting someone I love to
cuddle with, kiss, and share fun activities with.
On a typical Friday night I am

No Friday night is typical anything for me...It's always some kind
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've got a very colorful -- and even shocking -- past...
