My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Sometimes we see only what we want to see ...

I''ve been very busy the last 10 years and not always got my priorities right - but I hold no regrets!

I married young, my children are grown up and I've got lots of stories to tell. I have worked globally and still work across the UK but a little in EU too. I am currently living between the North & South of England - my work is globally flexible & transferable. I love my work, but like many have endured tough times too - life is always exciting and fast paced.

I love cheeky chappies, those who hold the confidence to cross the room to speak to me or confident enough to accept my approach (these types are rare in my experience!) I love to laugh & tend to find the fun & positive side in everything. I love sexy guys, those who are not full of themselves but very comfortable in their skin.

I am an Arsenal fan, but haven't followed the game much in the last couple of years. I do like to jibe those supporting lesser teams ;-)

I use smily faces alot - and you'd be thankful as my humour can be cutting & dry ;-) I am NOT in to text speak but accept 'u' instead of you ... an exception to every rule ;-)

Looking now to meet that special someone maybe from who knows where, if you have an accent that is different to my own, or a bit of a public school boy twang, I'm all ears ;-)

I'm looking more for a driver than a passenger of life - no offence to others, but my ambitous nature, passion and drive can annoy more relaxed souls.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am always on the go - I'm not really a telly person and not great on current affairs, I seem have so much of my own 'stuff' to think about and get on with. I love reading but rarely read a novel, usually I'm reading or researching on the internet for some reason or other.

I run my own business, I have two grown up children & pleased with what I have achieved so far ... I still have big dreams and ambitions and love the company of those who are passionate about life!

I started playing golf last year and really enjoy it, but it's quite pressurising as my son coaches me and he plays off 4?! I thought it would be great for both business & social.

On a more personal level I'm very dry in my humour & hold a perfect poker face. I forget sometimes that some people don't know me well enough to know how to take this - but that's me. I have a super sharp mind, with matching imagination - but also have my very 'dumb' moments that many fail to forget! I can be quite blunt in my delivery and lack some patience :-( I love people that are strong, mentally. Those who know what they stand for and what they believe in, drawing on their life passion and always seeking to be the best they can be!

Like everyone these days, we've all loved and lost, we've all felt pain. But I believe in love. I am an incurable romantic and especially as the kids are grown up now, I miss sharing those special moments that can only really be felt with the one you love. I especially miss the 'in-jokes' the bits of humour that are known only to the two of you, at moments when others are oblivious...

I love the handsome man, this is beyond the looks - its so much more, it's strength, charisma, passion, wit & charm. But it's grounded on trust, honesty, humility, chivalry and caring.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Motivating others
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I look taller than I really am, my long dark hair & smile.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
I read business books & biographies for fun; my business is my hobby.

I don't really have favourites in anything - but if I had to choose a colour it would be RED - so make up your own conclusions!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My children, they're my best friends
2. An internet connection - I am always on the go, but it is bliss when you're back at one with nature ...
3. My memory & over thinking brain
4. My hands
5. My passion for life
6. My belief in others
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Everything! I am a philosopher, but I am far from dull.

I am always helping people, developing their ideas, solving problems and working with others to think smarter or more innovatively!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually working, catching up with friends, chilling - who knows what a Friday will bring, ask me next Saturday!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been sat on the fence too long watching everyone else in a brave attempt to prove I need no one! I actually miss loving someone and being romantic, soppy - yeah why not?

... you are serious about wanting to meet someone long term. Believe you are mentally strong and maybe a little traditional!

Please if you are still a little broken, take time to heal and allow yourself time to be happy again, without the affirmation from a new lady ... maybe we can meet when you reach that point.

And finally but most importantly!! If you lie about your age, your heart or what you're looking for please don't show yourself up with me. It really is quite pathetic men who are really 12 years older than they claim or 4inch shorter than they state!! Get some self esteem & find your real self worth, correct your profile & stand firmly by it. How sad it is that men feel the need to lie. While we're at it - chivalry is not dead for me, nor should it be for a good honest & decent man!!!
