My Self-Summary
For the most part, I enjoy meeting awesome new people for good
times. Love to laugh at myself and those I love. Honesty is one of the few traits
that I value over humor. You either have it or you do
not.
I tend to be a communicator at heart. I do not like conversation that does not add to an understanding of one another, or one that does not entertain both parties.
I tend to gravitate towards people that have a logical approach to life but has an easy time laughing at the day to day things that many let slip by. I like taking the time to understand those that I am close to so that we can laugh at one anther too ;-)
As far as activities, I have a huge passion for travel! I also love to camp, take a roadtrip, swim, play pool, white water raft, cookout with some wonderful company...in fact, anything is fair game with wonderful company.

Living it so that each New Years, I can look back at the choices I
made the prior year and be proud. I seek to improve and evolve all
the way until the end!
I’m really good at
I like to think that I am quite a good cook and I have been known
to be a bit funny at times. Hit me up and you may get a smile and a

The first things people usually notice about me
I think it may be my eyes as people look at them and then start to
ask my ethnicity. However, most people do not talk to me first as I
have been told that I seem to be "standoffish" (is that even a
word?). Trust me, I am just a big teddy bear.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Movies: Color Purple, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Se7en, Fight Club,
Usual Suspects, Labyrinth, Goonies, Sound of Music, Freeway...just
so many and always up for suggestions.
Music: This tends to change. I like a bit of everything but some artists that I can not do without: James Taylor, Sublime, Nina Simone, Tracey Chapman, Pearl Jam, Elton John, Arctic Monkeys, Mika...once again, open to suggestions.
Books: I like Dean Koontz, and yes I have read the Harry Potter books. Currently starting to read Christopher Rice as I delve into fiction that tells the tale of homosexuality. Speaking of...Poppy Z Bright anyone?

The six things I could never do without
I could do without anything as long as I still had those that I
love around me. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy nice things and my
comforts, but I could walk away from it all for someone I love.
On a typical Friday night I am
At a friends house, on the porch, having a couple beers. Perhaps
the grill is going with some yummy grub on it. I can also be known
to be on my way out of town for a nice weekend away.
