My Self-Summary
I am a stage manager and director from Houston. I recently
graduated from university with my BA in theatre with a minor in
music and italian. I am artistic, driven, thoughtful, and
interested in lots of subjects. More later, I guess...
What I’m doing with my life
I am getting more experience on my resume before going back to
school to get my MFA in directing. I am managing and directing
whatever projects I can, which is great because I'm getting to see
a lot of new places and meet lots of interesting people. Also I am
a Civil War history geek, I am trying to teach myself the banjo
(with no luck, I'm afraid), and trying to regain my love of
bicycling.

Keeping cool under pressure and helping people through tense times
in their life.
The first things people usually notice about me
I am relatively shy until I am comfortable with someone. Or my
eyes.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I like William Faulkner, Margaret Atwood, and David Sedaris. I just
read a really great Kashuo Ishiguro novel, too. After hearing a
report on NPR (a major addiction), I started reading some Doris
Lessing- there's a lot of reasons she won the Nobel Prize! Some of
my favorite movies are Office Space, Singin' in the Rain, To Kill a
Mockingbird, Waiting for Guffman. Favorite TV shows: Arrested
Development, The Office, Family Guy, Big Love, Dexter, MI-5 (or
Spooks). Favorite music: Opera, Musicals, Jazz, Alison Krauss,
Fountains of Wayne, Audra McDonald, Pink Martini. Favorite food:
Indian or Mongolian BBQ.

The arts, my friends, history and how I would react in different
situations in history, my family.
