My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm driven, goal-oriented, stable, and I'm a pretty hardcore INTJ. I know where I want to be in 20-30 years, but I'm not at all obsessive about the details. I work in international development, a career I've really enjoyed since I moved to DC. Work has taken me to lots of places in Africa - ask me about it sometime.

A person much wiser than me said there are basically two types of people who date: testers and investors. Testers date multiple people simultaneously and pick the one they like best. Investors focus on one person at a time until it either works out or it doesn't. I tend to be an investor and would value that quality in other people.

Best friend says: I am discerning, particular, and loyal. That's good enough for me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've been in DC for over five years now, love the city and the life I'm building here. I've been really fortunate to have lived abroad for a few years, and I get to travel for work.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Communication. This is very important to me and I think lack of it is often the single biggest reason relationships can fail. I want to be the guy you can feel comfortable being yourself around: no judgment, no mixed messages, no ambiguity. If I'm interested in someone, I tell him. I'm really impressed with guys who actively try to create a space for honest and open communication in their relationships.

Board games and computer games. If you like the really nerdy ones, especially Diplomacy, message me. I enjoy all kinds of strategy games - great way to get to know me better.
