My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a pretty easy going girl (as cliche as it is to say), i like movies, music, karaoke, having fun with my friends, bowling, pool, darts, not much into the clubbing scene, but like going to bars occasionally.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a licensed massage therapist looking for work right now. I'm actually working at Best Buy right now to help pay the bills. I also do massage at home, but mostly just for friends and family.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
singing, laughing, cooking (try my clam chowder or my sweet and spicy pork tenderloin, they're a hit with whoever tries it), having a good time, certain board games, and giving massages (or so I've been told) ;-)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm really shy at first but once you get to know me, prepare to meet the craziest lunatic you will ever meet, in a good way of course. ;-P I get very nervous when i first meet someone so sometimes i freeze up and don't know what to talk about.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I am a definite bookworm. Right now I'm reading The Mortal Instruments series. I also like the Stephanie Plum series, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Fifty Shades of Grey, the Sookie Stackhouse books that the show True Blood is based on, Rock Chick, To Kill a Mockingbird, and the House of Night series. Defintely NOT a Twilight fan. I tried, but couldn't get into it. I have many more books to read on my Kindle.
As far as movies go, there are too many to name, I have a full video library, my all-time faves are Spaceballs and My Cousin Vinny, so I am a comedy movie fan, but I also like many dramas, and some thrillers as well, but I usually don't watch many horror movies unless I have someone to hide in. ;-) I have most of the Mel Brooks movies, just about all of the Kevin Smith movies, and I also have many TV shows on DVD. I actually have a book called 1001 movies you must see before you die. I'm about 25% through it. I have grown a love for old movies and find myself going through TCM and recording movies that are and aren't in the book. So far my favorite old movies are It Happened One Night and The Awful Truth but I'm sure I'll find more to love.
My DVR is usually clogged up with Days of our Lives (been watching on and off for as long as i can remember thanks to my great aunt), Top Chef, Mythbusters, The Vampire Diaries, Castle, Dancing with the Stars, Biggest Loser, NCIS, CSI (the Vegas one), Dexter, Supernatural, The Walking Dead and True Blood. My friend has also recently gotten me into It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I also love stand up comedy specials as well.
My music taste is very eclectic. I have an extensive music library of over 5,000 songs, including holiday songs. I'm probably one of the only people whose mp3 player on shuffle could go from Backstreet Boys to Janis Joplin to Metallica, and then some. My all-time fave bands are Def Leppard, Aerosmith, Poison and Bon Jovi. I also like Billy Joel. But I admittedly also have classical music (mostly for when I massage, but it calms me as well), Disney music (yes Hannah Montana is part of it), and TV show theme songs. But I am also not ashamed of anything in my music library. I have them because I like them, if I was ashamed of it, I prob wouldn't have it. I would like to go to at least one concert a year. Music is a really big part of my life. I can't go a day without listening to it, whether on the radio, a CD, or on my computer.
I'm an Italian girl so I do like lots of Italian food. But not veal or eggplant, don't like lemons (not sure why). I also like Chinese food, and some Mexican (as long as it's not too spicy), not a big coffee/tea girl (I never really acquired the taste for either of them). I do like to cook and can be quite good at it given I have a recipe. Not a beer drinker, either.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-My friends (and their adorable kids)
-My family (my little cousins and baby nephew in particular)
-Music
-My car
-My cell phone
-My computer
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
life and where it will take me in the future, although i do try to live in the moment as much as possible
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
It's hard to say, since i do tend to be spontaneous and don't really have plans set until that afternoon. But most of the time, I'm most likely home watching a movie or hanging out with the girls. We usually stay in and watch movies or tv, my friend Christine has a young daughter and she doesn't get to go out much.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
my mother passed away about 8 yrs ago, but I am still very close to her side of the family and love them all very much

You're honest, like having fun, can be crazy but know when to be serious (as long as you don't take life too seriously) like music and movies, you're looking for a relationship but are patient with me. I'm not the kind of girl who sleeps with a guy after the first date, or the second one. I believe sex is a very intimate, personal thing and have to feel comfortable with the guy and be able to trust him before I sleep with him. No games please, I've been burned too many times by games. If you're not interested after meeting, or even before, please just tell me, don't fall off the face of the earth.
