My self-summary
Over educated and under paid but never happier.

I have a masters degree in business administration and 6 years experience in sales and marketing then I found my passion for food. I also have a culinary degree and six years experience in professional kitchens but I still felt empty on the inside until I found that a life of service fills my soul. I now cook at Preble Street for the homeless community and I can express my creativity while helping those whom need the meal while meeting new volunteers everyday.

I seek adventure in everything I do and I move quite often. I have traveled to more than 60 countries on six continents moved more than 50 times. I have lived in Europe and Asia. Do not speak more than one language (unfortunately) but I always find a way to make it work out. I find calm in the chaos of large kitchens and international cities.

I am endlessly curious and seek out the things I have not experienced or know anything about. For me life in an endless education without the possibility of learning it all but always worth trying!

Cooking creative food for the homeless community while working with fun and different volunteers everyday.

Practicing mindfulness daily and enjoying all the small things each day has to offer.

I like classic realistic authors such as Ernest Hemingway (I have read them all...I think), paul theoroux and most non-fiction.

Music influences: Greatful Dead, Neal Young and Talking Heads....let your mind wonder and I like that.

I do not watch much tv and have not been to the movies in over five years.

I am a classically trained French chef but love Asian food (three years in Hong Kong)
