I'm pretty active, before I moved here I played volleyball several times a week. I haven't found a league here yet as I've been plenty busy, but I will be actively looking very soon. I've become very passionate about keeping fit and staying healthy; a very good friend suggested and challenged me to stick to the gym for three months several years ago; I thought 'ugh, exercise, blah, I'm allergic to exercise!' (No really I was, I would start running and I would get all hot and then breathing would become labored then I'd start sweating... all symptoms of a heart attack as I understand it). Well, I kept up with it and my friend was right; I feel so much better after 'I pick things up and put them down' that I've become very passionate about my health and keeping active (you'll thank me when I'm 70). It is very gratifying when you see progress and it's a great way to continually challenge yourself.
Favorite shows are Arrested Development, Breaking Bad, Dexter, The Walking Dead and Family Guy. For movies I like comedies and action dramas. I love 90's alternative and classic rock. My favorite bands/groups include (but not limited too), Green Day, the Offspring, ZZ Top, Boston, GnR, AC/DC, Billy Joel, Led Zeppelin, Metallica and yes... the Eagles (C'mon, can you turn that off? I had a rough night and I hate the ****in' eagle's man). I read a lot of science and psychology based stuff. I just finished reading 'Why Darwin Matters' by Michael Shermer; very good read.
Although I currently don't have any pets I love them! Especially dogs (if you have a boxer I'm yours)!
