I'm an open, easy going and positive person, with an occassional romantic streak. I love to talk, debate and argue, and although I can hold quite strong opinions, I always try to keep an open mind, or at the very least an open ear to new concepts and ideas. I try to be someone people can confide in, perhaps just because I really know the value of having someone that will just... listen once in a while.

I love reading, and I occasionally even try my hand at writing, although I never seem to be able to stick to one concept - I'll be well onto the next great idea before the first ever gets fleshed out. Probably a good thing though, being a penniless writer seems even less fun than being a penniless uni student.

I enjoy discussions about people, philosophy, religion, computer games, books and well... almost anything else, so long as the person's got an interesting perspective on things.

I'm currently going to uni at UQ and studying science, which is at turns more frustrating and more fascinating than I ever though it would be, but I'm really enjoying it.

Six year old me is still very dissapointed that I haven't made any ape/human abominations yet, but there's still plenty of time I suppose.

Oh, and procrastinating, far more of my life is spent coercing myself into doing things I don't want to than is actually spent doing them, which strikes me as remarkably inefficient.

Books- Fantasy, lots and lots of fantasy, my favourites being practically anything by; Terry Pratchett, Philip Pullman, Robert Jordan, Peter F. Hamilton, I'mimpressed You'restillreadingthis, Neil Gaiman and Raymond E. Feist.

The world, the universe, the people around me, the human species. Life, death, love and passion - the world's a fascinating place if you just give yourself the time to really examine it.
