I am Passionate, Loyal, and Nerdy.
My Self-Summary
Hrm, I never have been too good at explaining my self, so if you
have any questions about some details I missed, you will just have
to ask me yourself.
I am contemplative and introverted at times, and I tend to judge my
self far too harshly. Sometimes I can be too sarcastic for my own
good (Its all in good fun... Most of the time.), yet other times I
can be just as serious. But despite all that, I try my best to stay
positive.
Well, now that that's out of the way...
I am a giant nerd! I love
books,
games,
anime and
roleplaying. I am always looking for
something new and exciting to sink my teeth into. But that doesn't
mean I'm a couch potato, I enjoy
swimming,
hiking, and it has been far too long
since I have gone
camping. I can be very spontaneous when
the mood strikes. And it does. Often. if you suggest something to
do, odds are I'll do it!
I am extremely passionate.
I rarely like, only love, I become very attached to things.
When I am interested in something, most times I cant help but be
completely absorbed into it. This is mostly responsible for my
ability to disappear into a book or game for hours on end.
But above all else, I value loyalty and my friends. I usually
prefer to be with people, and when I'm not, I'm probably scheming
up a way to be.
What I’m doing with my life
I am just starting a 3D Game Art & Design course at The Art
Institute of Portland. I will be attending that for the next 3-4
years depending on how funding goes.
In the mean time I am continuing to learn Japanese (still not good
enough to write anything here in it) and writing short stories. I
am really passionate about writing and I plan to be an author one
day
I’m really good at
Getting close to people, I don't keep friends for long before they
become family.
I'm good at being there when you need me, and giving advice, even
if I don't always take it my self.
I fancy my self as being pretty good at games as well.
The first things people usually notice about me
My sense of humor, you will have to meet me to understand.
that I am very genuine. When I give a compliment, I always mean it.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
There are just so many to choose from!
For me, my 'Favorite' of anything is usually what I have enjoyed
most recently. With the exception of some truly epic classics, of
course.
For books I would have to say
The Sword of Truth
series by
Terry Goodkind,The
Rai-Kirah saga by
Carol Berg and
the
Firekeeper
series by
Jane
Lyndskold.(Im a big sucker for
fantasy novels.) *Update* The
Night Angel series by
Brent Weeks
is amazing.
My current favorite movies are:
Indiana
Jones (All of them.)
Used Cars (Really old Comedy)
The Nightmare Before
Christmas
The
Phantom of the Opera
Ghostbusters
My music tastes are broad, I would say there is no genre I
particularly dislike. (Except possibly really hardcore rap and
country)
When it comes to food I tend to be sort of picky, but I enjoy most
hardy home cooked meals. Any sort of baked good is usually a winner
for me, as long as it isn't store bought.
I really like baking, but we can just keep that our little secret,
eh?
...why is there no video game part to this question?
Oh well, the list couldn't be contained by mortal means anyways.
The six things I could never do without
Friends
Adventure
Books
Video
Games
Imagination
The Interwebz
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Far away places of magic and wonder, where chivalry isn't dead, and
a man is measured by his actions.
I could also mention the various problems in my life that are
always on my minds back burner, but I think it goes without saying
that everybody has those.
On a typical Friday night I am
For me, Friday is just another day, so I end up doing what I always
do...
Whatever I feel like.
And yeah, that typically means playing something on Xbox live with
some friends, reading or just hanging out and playing something
like MtG
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I can't help hoping for that fairy tale romance.
You should message me if
You think you can keep up with my hobbies! (Or maybe just tolerate
them)
