Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello! Welcome to my profile. Have a seat, make yourself
comfortable. Oh... You're already sitting you say? Awkward...
I am, admittedly, a bit of an introvert, though I'm really outgoing
around people I've known a while. If left alone I can be kind of a
home body; writing, gaming, reading, chatting, conducting
horrifying science experiments in my kitchen (some people call it
cooking, I'm still on the fence). However, there is always
adventure bubbling just below the surface.
I love being out in nature, especially when I can drag as many
people along as possible. If an opportunity comes up to go camping,
hiking, swimming or the like it's a safe bet I'm already packing to
go. I'm pretty open when it comes to entertainment, and it's really
easy to get me excited to do something. Suggest something fun and
odds are good that I'm on board.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Figuring out what I WANT to be doing with it, mainly. Just taking
each day as it comes and enjoying it however I can.
I just got a job working in school kitchens. It's not glamorous or
anything, but it beats the hell out of nothing.
I just started learning to play the guitar. I still have zero idea
what I'm doing, but it's a lot of fun!
The end game will hopefully be writing fantasy novels
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Reading minds. No, really. Think of something for a few seconds.
Visualize it clearly in your head...
Is it a cat? ... No? Oh well, I'm sure somebody reading this will
be horribly impressed.
Speaking entirely in movie quotes. Devastatingly useful, I
Oh and asking bizarre hypothetical questions, can't forget that.
The first things people usually notice about me

My roguish charm.
That I'm really tall.
My sense of humor.
I can't help you beyond that, for I am not People. You're People
though, why don't you tell me?

My favorite books all seem to come in series format. What can I
say, I like to read about the same characters for several thousand
pages at a time.

Confession time: I think I might be the only person in the Portland
area that doesn't like Mumford & Sons.
I think the best song in existence is Into Free - Dangan by B'z.
Quadruple radical-awesome bonus points if you know where it's
Food, food... Hrm, what don't I like, that would be a much simpler
question to answer. I hate onions, peppers and mushrooms. It's the
texture, not the taste.*hurk*

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Does this list mean go forever without? Or just be separated from
for any amount of time. I don't know, I'm going to write it as
going forever without.
1 - Friends
2 - Adventure
3 - Books
4 - Computer
5 - Imagination
6 - Cheese. What? It's good on everything.

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.

I have a habit of thinking about things I can't possibly do
anything about. Such as mortality. Or the fact that the earth is
speeding around in an absurdly dangerous bubble filled with
fireballs and rocks hurtling at trans-light speeds... Which I guess
is also related to mortality. A pattern emerges! But yeah, space is

Everything else here has only been a ruse. My real identity is
Gorblax, thirteen tentacled horror beast. Herald of doom from an
unfathomable dimension. I sit atop a throne of skulls, awaiting the
perfect moment to rain destruction upon the realm of mortals.
Yeah, you're not buying this at all, are you?
I suppose I should say that I have fairly bad social anxiety. I can
be pretty quiet around new people as I'm never quite sure how I
should be acting until I've gotten to know you a bit. This is
especially true for phones. I usually try to avoid phone calls
whenever I can, so if that's the only way you like to communicate
that could cause problems (at least at first). Not the most
attractive information, I know! But honesty is the best
I've also been known to enjoy a terrible pop song or two.

Because it has been a problem in the past, I'm going to put
this here: I have zero interest in being part of a polyamorous
relationship. I'm a one woman kind of guy, and I'm looking
for a one man kind of girl. Sorry poly folks, I'm not judging you,
it's just not for me.

You read my whole profile. Kudos!
But really, if you vote me up on quickmatch or something and hope I
notice you... I probably will! But I'm kinda-sorta god awful at
being the aggressor. It happens, but you'll have better luck if you
just say hi to me. I promise not to bite.
