My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Yet another iteration /sigh. It's tough putting into I'm kind of all over the place, a mix of lots of things. I'm pretty open-minded you see and I like trying new things. The last new thing I tried was Kendo. Before that was learning japanese. See what I mean? I'm a bit of a dork, but in all the good ways. I can talk you're ear off on the latest Destiny cheese or go into details on what happened at last weekends supercross race. I like reading, playing piano and drums, playing video games, working on my truck, riding my dirt bike, or just turning into a vegetable with an episode of Castle on TV. I'm slowly but surely getting back into shape. I was doing good until I shattered my ankle about three years ago. That's a great story too. Ask me about it some time and I'll happily oblige. But my gym going has been on and off again since then. I'm getting better at being consistent though.

I'm normally pretty energetic. Life is good so why be down-beat and lethargic? I'm usually a little reserved on first dates, first introductions, first anythings. But it doesn't take long before I'm just chatting away like I've known someone forever. The being reserved thing is just so I can test the water and get a feeling where someone's boundaries are. I like to be respectful of folks and not step on toes. At least not until I know how to step on those same toes without ruffling any feathers in a mean way. Teasing is supposed to be fun, but not if it's taken to far (read: those boundaries that I just mentioned). Tease me all you like though. I've got a pretty thick skin after living with my brother for the last three years. It's all in good fun so let the good times roll! I'm also a good listener. I've been more times than I can count that I'm easy to talk to.

And for the sake of full disclosure so no one thinkgs I'm trying to mislead them with old profile pics, I've actually got a beard now. My profile pic is from the first day of No Shave November and I've been letting it grow until my snowboarding trip in March. After that, I'm not 100% sure what I'm going to do with it.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Growing a beard. Ok, fine, that's only part of what I'm doing with my life. I work as a server admin/php developer/lead developer/project manager at a place that does ecommerce. Right now I'm managing the server infrastructure for five online stores, collaborate with a team in China, and yes I do hair too.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm a bit of a jack of all trades. I can pick up something new and learn it pretty quickly. Motorcycles and music are probably the two things I've stuck with all my life. I also have a wealth of worthless movie quotes. I mean, who doesn't like a well placed Ghostbusters quote?
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Green eyes. Cliche, yes. But no less true.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: Dan Brown, Robert Ludlum. The Dragonlance series, the Wheel of Time series, Lord of the Rings, A song of Ice and Fire, anything by Orson Scott Card, The Gentleman Bastards series, the Dark Elf series, Where the red fern grows, The Giver, Beowulf.

Music: Eesh, I'm all over the place on this. Lately I've been listening to a lot of electronic/dubstep music. But really it's just a question of "do I like this song or no?"

Movies: Generally action/adventure type movies, some suspense, of course comedy, and rarely horror. So things like Star Wars, The Matrix, Coming to America, Space Balls, Iron Man, Shawshank Redemption, Men of Honor, Iron Man, The Avengers, Avatar
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) Motorcycles
2) Cell phone
3) A good excuse to do nothing on the weekends
4) A good excuse to do something fun on the weekends
5) See number 1
6) See numbers 3 through 4

(Family and friend are a given in my humble opinion)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why the Answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything is 42. Or maybe what the correct question is that 42 is the answer too. One of those. Honestly, asides from work, probably motocross/supercross, how I can get faster and be a better rider, what I need to get done tonight, and generally boring taking care of living things. Exciting, right?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Thanking my lucky stars I could work from home and not have to deal with Friday traffic! Past that, working on my dirt bike or just hanging out.
