Here are some keywords that give you a rough idea of who I am: nerd/geek*, pseudo-cultured**, over-analyzing, open-minded, skeptic, dark humored, random, stubborn***, intelligence****, extroverted-introvert, creative, and caring.
* Video Games; reading; socially awkward at times; enjoys learning, discussing and debates; Ren Faires, Cons, etc...
** I wear suits (even tails), I drink wine and fancy dinners, and acting gentlemanly, but I like the simple things as well and did grew up in the country.
*** Could read as independent and self-sufficient.
**** Above average in most types of intelligence testing with reading and phonics being my weakest areas. I also know intelligence does not equal wisdom and know I lack that.
I am working on a few books both fiction and non-fiction.
I am also: Running, filming, recording, woodworking, brewing (wine/mead), DIY projects, chain-mailing (think armor), gaming, writing, reading, working in a medical lab, and exploring.
I am a polymath, renaissance man, and jack-of-trades, a master of none, but I am good with my hands. I have also been noted for my creative use of my skills which normally helps makes up for my lack of master-level craftsmanship
The things people don't usually notice about me right away (according to friends)
"Let's see: You may seem to some to be self-involved; at least when people first meet you (I think it is just your Aspergers); if anyone ask you for help with just about anything you are willing to go through hell and high water to help them. If someone has a crazy or weird idea that would freak most people out, you instead will encourage them and help them complete it.
And maybe the weirdest thing about you, you really listen, I mean really. Not just politely stand there, you engage and ask questions and offer advice about any topic someone wants to talk to you about. Who the hell does that?" - Bart
"You can talk about almost anything seamlessly weave in and out of topics and can to the same with different groups and conversations. I think your job is also super surprising considering your personality." - Ana
Here is a list of things I would prefer to keep if I had a choice: a computer, the internet, games, some sort of media streaming service, paper, and books.
"The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing." - Socrates
I am a sapiosexual.
