I love to be active and I am constantly trying to improve upon my cooking skills. I can cook a mean skirt steak... I am def. a fun guy to be around.
I started a lifestyle change a little more than a year ago and am still going strong. You can find me in the gym most night of the week (not a meat head or gym rat), training in Muay Thai Kickboxing, traditional boxing, participating in crossfit and weight training/cardio. I am proud to say that I have lost roughly 50lbs throughout this time.
