What I’m doing with my life
I am a behavior analyst teaching Children with autism communication and social skills. I just opened my own company in the bay called Animate Consulting providing behavior analysis services to families in the Bay Area. I also teach a behavior analysis course for an online university. So yeah, I'm usually busy, don't take it the wrong way.

I am very into martial arts and would say I try to keep a zen like demeanor in everything I do. I follow a pretty strict Paleo eating regimen and it works for me. To each his/her own.

I also try to stay involved in a bunch of activities (Snowboarding, surfing, martial arts, yoga, guitar, piano, & photography). Any physical fun is exciting for me! Time is not a commodity to be wasted. Eternally contemplating what my next tattoo will be.

I'm a fiend for good tunes/concerts (huge reason why I moved out here), indie movies, yoga/crossfit/martial arts and pretty much any other method of artistic self expression.
I’m really good at
Movement, Martial arts, psychology, meditation, Jamming on guitar, piano and photography. Pondering the meaning of life.
The first things people usually notice about me
That I am cooler than a polar bear's toe nail.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Music: First of all, I have an uncanny ability to memorize the lyrics to most songs. It's a useless talent I wish I could use to get rich off of! I like old school hip hop (anything and everything before 2008). I listen to a bunch of indie rock bands with my former obsessions being Modest Mouse. Being of Cuban/Dominican background, I came out of the womb being able to dance Salsa and Meregue. I am also really into punk (mostly older DC era but some 90s-00s punk as well). I was going to list band names but I am extremely indecisive about choosing favorites amongst my litany of musical influences. Suffice to say that a perfect musical day for me would consist of some Bad Brains, Modest Mouse, Tribe called Quest, Biggie, Beny Moré, and The Clash.

Movies: I'm a HUGE movie buff. I've always tended to be attracted to the psychological flicks such as Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Se7en, Fight Club, and the Wackness. Also, I've always been obsessed with Bruce Lee/martial arts films. You can catch me pretty frequently at the New Parkway in Oakland watching an indie flick. Anyone care to join me?!

Books: I have always been interested in philosophy. So it was fitting that when I read Bruce Lee's Tao of Jeet Kune Do, it changed my life. Some other books that I love that have had an impact are Anything Kerouac, Mastery by Robert Greene, anything by Alan Watts, Vonnegut's crazy ass, Bukowski, and I am OBSESSED with Game of Thrones/ASOIF.

TV shows: I like a few HBO/Showtime TV shows but must admit that artistically, Breaking Bad is a masterpiece. Currently I watch Mad Men, Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Newsroom, Real Time with Bill Maher, Daily Show, Colbert Report, Ray Donovan,Walking Dead and Homeland.
