My self-summary
I'm possibly wonderful, I'm possibly terrible. Perhaps somewhere in between. I like to talk, I like to listen, I like to watch films, I like to read, I like to try and be funny, I clearly like to say 'like'. I consider myself a good guy and dependable, and fun. Dependable AND fun? Oh yes. Also my hair is possibly more luxurious than my main pic implies. I should probably stop mentioning my hair in this thing. I would say currently I'm an optimist wrapped up in a pessimist coating. Which is a complex position to be in. Or of course I'm just an idiot, the jury's still out. And I know that's probably a really silly thing to put in here, but it's late and well, I'm foolishly trying to get 1000 characters in this thing. Oh I've done it. Then I can consider it a success.
What I’m doing with my life
Work wise - I'm just an office monkey for a 'Media monitoring' company, and if you know what that is, I'll be a little bit surprised. Also contemplating going through on many of my new year's resolutions, I am not succeeding though.
I’m really good at
Organising! I know, not the sexiest introduction but hey, you need tickets looked after - I'm your man. Or finding cinema times. Like a pro. I like trying to be interesting and funny too! 'Trying' perhaps the oprerative word there. My humour can veer wildly from sarcastic, to goofy, to childish to adult. I like to think it means I'm rounded. Maybe I'm good at other stuff too? Oh, tea, I'm definitely ace at making/drinking tea.
The first things people usually notice about me
My troupe of trained seals rampaging behind me... um I don't know - I don't know if I'm the one to ask! That I'm a bloke? I have a beard? Or possibly one of my awesome T-shirts.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Shadow of the Wind, The Rotters Club, His Dark Materials Trilogy, Quite One Ugly Morning, The Gun Seller,

Films: District 9, The Dark knight, Let The Right One In, Inception, Lars And the Real Girl, I've loved you so Long, Centurion, Aladdin, Toy Story, Kick Ass, Scott Pilgrim --- I haven't updated this in a while, looking at this now there's some random films in here. But what the heck. I also love Battleship (unironically) and Pacific Rim. And Silver Linings Playbook I think might be in my all time top 5 now. And I'll watch anything with Emma Stone in.

Music: The Cardigans, Bon Iver, Explosions in the Sky, Bon Jovi, Dogs Die In Hot Cars, Sufjan Stevens, Soundtracks! I do love a good soundtrack - some of my faves are Kick Ass, Transformers, Stardust, Lord of the Rings, Assassination of Jesse James.

Food: Caesar salad, BBQ, pasta, cheesecake, fruit, Milkshakes, Crisps - definitely crisps, my vice! BBQ Chicken Melt. I don't care where it comes from, I'm yet to find a place that ruins that creation.

.... many other things... especially on the films and food front...
The six things I could never do without
Films, my phone - god bless modern technology, moments of silliness, my mp3 on a train, finger puppets, my hands.... And crisps. Sure, that's seven things now, but I'm smuggling the crisps in.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Stupid things. Dessert. What I'm going to do next. How lovely some people look. How the hell pillocks like James Corden can be popular. Funny cat pics. Will I get a seat on the tube? What's for dinner? Will I ever complete MGS4? Is this profile any good? What will I do to celebrate when I hear of Piers Morgan's inevitable demise, preferably in a hilarious comedy fashion?
On a typical Friday night I am
Relaxing and hopefully spending time with some friends and then a movie!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That I can't help but feel this profile isn't very good, but I read through it and think "hmm, I don't know what to change". It's a hardlife being me.
You should message me if
You're looking for hopefully some fun conversation, potential to meet up, and the chance to watch lots of films! Oh and if you have a little bit of a fun/odd side. You've got to take pleasure in a bit of madness.
