My self-summary
Strange geometry tumbles out as speech. Others turn away, muttering dots and lines, while Pythagorean forms dribble from the stranger's chin.

Alright, here's the basics:

*I'm into improv, climbing, fitness, learning, experiencing, and existence in general. Healthy, functional, educated, liberated, and versatile.

*All golden retriever on the inside. A philosophic, loving, energetic, genuine, self-aware puppy dog.

*My life is shaped today like I want it to look for the rest of my life, intelligently with emphasis on being in the moment. I'd love to find some sensible people who have embodied their worlds.

*As of a week ago I am a passionate and dedicated lifelong llama enthusiast. ( EDIT: It has now been several months. The love only burns brighter. )

*I love being a healthy monkey boy. I eat well, I rest, I climb, I move, and I play.

*I much prefer to get to know someone in person. If we click at all let's grab coffee or chat somewhere instead of passing walls of text back and forth for weeks.
What I’m doing with my life
I have spent the last several years studying theater, philosophy, humanities, and any general bits of information I can get my hands onto.

Hmmm.

I just changed everything that was in this box before. Completely overhauled my life.

For the next year I'm working at a climbing gym, then moving to Chicago to go to a college that is essentially Hogwarts. I have a LOT of time to read, learn, and teach myself new sets of knowledge right now.

This week I'm converting to a polyphasic sleep schedule. I'm trying to practice lucid dreaming and more intentional mindfulness and thought process related skill. Learning a bunch of cool facts about drugs, and anarchy, and alternative takes on everything.

Basically, this your parents worst case scenario right here. Send me a message. Stick it to them.
I’m really good at
Jeez, all the stuff I'm good at, I suppose.
Not crossword puzzles though.
Not brevity.
Certainly not brevity.
Brevity is in lacking, definitely.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm noticeable.

Half my wardrobe is costumes, and the other half are the clothes of a 12 year old dressing up to play in mud with a stuffed tiger.

Or perhaps a derelict, but ergonomically savvy, street urchin.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books:
Einstein's Dreams, Sandman, The Democracy Project, anything by Bill Bryson, anything Vonnegut, anything by Robert Sapolsky ( my favorite human on this planet, ) How to Cook Everything, Name of the Wind, The Vegetarian Myth, Chaos: Making the New Science, The Tao, House of Leaves, Godel Escher Bach.

I re-read Death Note last month... That was pretty much literary binge eating, and I'm still feeling mentally bloated.

Music:
If you have good music taste, we'll get along fine. I can't even begin to give you an accurate sample here. This week I have been listening most frequently to:
*Andrew Bird
*The Weeknd
*Fink
*Beck
*Cat Stevens
*Next to Normal
*Electric Guest
*Dessa

Shows:
I can't watch television much anymore. My brain doesn't sit still like it used to. Rick and Morty is the pinnacle of human creation though.

Shameless, Breaking Bad, The Wire, Adventure Time, Homeland, Venture Brothers, Buffy, Angel, Firefly, all of the Whedon shows basically.

Movies:
It's Such a Beautiful Day, Synechdoche New York, Once, Kill Bill, The Court Jester, Harold and Maude. I thought Hunger Games was really human for being such a big budget film, and it inspired me to turn my little sister into a lethal weapon.
The six things I could never do without
1) Freedom.
2) Critical thought.
3) Art.
4) Good food.
5) A sense of humor/Interest in existence.
6) Other people.

Bonus?
7) Sex.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
I spend a lot of time feeling, processing, and doing. Trying to focus less on thinking.
On a typical Friday night I am
Fridays aren't special.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
One time when I was about twelve I went to a local park at 3:00am to meet up with an alleged middle school girl from a chatroom to have sex. I brought a blanket.

There was no one at the park though, and so I remained unfortunately chaste for years to come.

Looking back I'm pretty sure it was a set up, to catch a predator style. They were fishing for bottom feeders, and didn't know what to do with the guppy they'd caught, so they let me wander back home.

You should message me if
You should message me if you want to talk to me or know me in any way, as it is pretty much the only course of action you can take to fulfill that desire.
