My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Pfft I'll come up with something later.

I've been reading a lot of non-fiction recently, mostly on the brain. Thinking Fast and Slow is an excellent read, GEB is a touch more of a challenge but I very much enjoyed it. I was recently forced* to read Persuasion, it wasn't really my cup of tea (it was better than the deus ex machina ending of War of the Worlds though, that sucked in all conceivable ways, at least Mars Attacks had 'splody heeds). I do quite enjoy books on science and maths (and any documentary with Marcus Du Sautoy).

In the world of Fiction Douglas Adams, Asimov, JG Ballard, Clive Barker, Burroughs, Eco and Pratchett.

*by forced I mean that I realised I haven't read much by female authors (only Karen Armstrong, that I can currently recall, it's not a long list) and asked my friends to lend me some books. So if you have any suggestions they would be welcome...
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
In the event that the fallout universe has come to pass I do not think I shall need much except bottle caps. Never seems an unnecessarily extreme limit on this, I don't suspect there is much which by stopping existing will also cause me to not exist. Am I supposed to take this as an existentialist preposition? I have taken it that way so I guess I should.
