My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
-l really don't get on here anymore, sorry. l have a boyfriend now. haha
-I love languages.
-l think l'm one of the nicest people you can meet.
-l tend to be very sarcastic. l may sound narcissistic and conceited at times, but l'm really not; it's probably just my weird sense of humor.
-l don't get offended, which is good because l don't always recognize other people's sarcasm.
-l don't get furious. Really, l don't. At all. Ever. Period. ln fact, l rarely even get mad or angry.
-l am a Grammar Nazi. Seriously, it's a huge turnoff when anybody tries to send me something like "wat r u doin ur prity" Proper spelling and punctuation are good things. Please use them. :)
-l love proofreading papers and correcting grammar, but only on things l didn't write, so you may notice a lot of errors in what l write.
-l don't enjoy writing that much because l don't think l'm very good at it. However, l did have a poem published once.
-l almost always text with proper grammar and punctuation. The exceptions are when l'm making jokes about it, and when l'm trying to fit everything into one text.
-l am going to Kent State to become an ESL/EFL teacher (English as a second/foreign language), and don't know where i want to end up teaching.
-l love traveling, and l want more than anything to leave the country and travel the world. A few places l would love to visit are: Spain, Japan, and Mexico.
-I've been to Peru and the Bahamas.
-l'm very open-minded about practically everything.
-l used to watch TV a lot, but l really don't anymore. Now, l watch very little TV. My favorite show is The Big Bang Theory, and it's really the only one l watch anymore. However, when l did watch a lot, l liked almost anything that was on the following channels: Discovery, Discovery Health, History, Animal Planet.
-l loved FRIENDS and That 70s Show. l still reference them on occasion, and l reference The Big Bang Theory a lot.
-l love motorcycles. l like the touring style way more than l like crotch rockets.
-l love nerdy guys. l don't know why, but most of them seem to have adorable personalities. :)
-l love animals.
-l may use the word "love" a lot here, but l don't tell specific people l love them until l really mean it. l hate it when people tell me that they love me when l know they don't really mean it.
-lf the font permits it, l don't hold "shift" and press "i" to type a capital "I." lnstead, l just type a lower case "L." l don't know why l got into that habit, but l did. ln this whole thing, l've only typed three "I's," including this one.
-l only wear toe socks. l find them to be more comfortable, and l can still do things with my toes in them.
-l love blue eyes and snakebites. :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Right now, l'm going to Kent State to become an ESL/EFL teacher. I don't know where I want to end up, but I want to see as many places as l can!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
getting lost while l'm driving. Seriously though, this just seems like a question for egotists. l'm sorry if this was your favorite question--sorry because you're that into yourself, not sorry because l may have offended you.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Even though it may seem like it at times, l'm not a narcissist, and l've never asked anyone really what the first thing they noticed, so l really don't know. l think l'm average in about every way, so everyone else may (and probably does) notice something different.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
This is a work in progress because l'm not going to be able to remember everything all at once.

Books:(ln no particular order) Beloved, Survival in Auschwitz, The Book Thief, Whispers from the Grave, 1984, The Kite Runner, A Thousand Splendid Suns, The Time Traveler's Wife, Memoirs of a Teenage Amnesiac, A Separate Peace, The Green Mile, and pretty much anything by Scott Westerfeld.

Movies: Psycho, Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights, 電車男、The Terminal, Milk, Howl's Moving Castle, My Neighbor Totoro, Little Miss Sunshine...

Music: l listen to pretty much anything.

Food: l wish l wasn't, but l'm a picky eater. l'm willing to try pretty much anything you want me to in hopes that l might like it, but don't be upset if l don't.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
other than the obvious basic necessities:

1. my loved ones
2. my flute and music in general
3. a computer with internet
4. school
5. my car and the ability to go places
6. My best friend. Bananie23 Seriously, she means the world to me. :)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
how things would be different if this or that was done another way in the past, especially in my childhood. l also spend a lot of time thinking about the future, about nature, and about random things and how they work.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
hanging out with my friends--nothing fancy.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
l'm willing to admit to pretty much anything, you just have to ask.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
-you like languages, especially Spanish, Japanese, or ASL.
-you type with proper grammar and punctuation or have something interesting to say. Nobody is perfect, but l don't enjoy messages like "hey how ru. wats up " l probably won't answer.
-you really love to read. l'm always open to new suggestions.
-you watch The Big Bang Theory. Seriously, l get really excited when l find out someone else is obsessed with it.
-you're patient. l like to get to know people before l give them another way to contact me (facebook, cell phone number, skype, etc.)
-you actually bothered to read my profile.
-you will make and effort to maintain an interesting conversation. Sorry, but if you just start with something like "What's up?" or "How are you?" l probably won't respond.
