Hi, I'm Matt. I would describe myself as an intelligent, often inappropriate, yet ultimately kind hearted person. I enjoy sport, photography, games, intellectual discussions and spending time with friends.

Well, last year I finished my undergraduate psychology degree, and I've now begun a PhD in neuroscience (because apparently I've gone insane). Not really sure where it will take me long term, but hey, pretty soon people will have to call me Doctor, and that's pretty cool... right? My field of research is nicotine addiction, which I find infinitely fascinating. If you ask me why you may find yourself on the receiving end of a rant

I also teach undergrad statistics, biopsychology and learning theory.

Crossing roads. I am excellent at crossing roads.

Either that I'm tall or that I often have no filter between brain and mouth.

Books: I mostly limit my reading to uni related materials- ie- journals, text books and if there is time, more journals.

Movies: The Professional, A Beautiful Mind, La Vita Bella, Space Jam, Moneyball

Shows: TV is probably my favourite form of media. There are way too many shows to list here, so I'll just name a few. The Big Bang Theory, 30 Rock, The Office, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Sherlock, Community, House, Game of Thrones, Chuck, Seinfeld, Black Books, The IT Crowd, Sparticus, Boston Legal, Numb3rs, The Sopranos, The Mentalist. Ok that's more than a few.

Music: I am going through a music slump at the moment. I'd like almost anyone who can introduce me to something new. My iPod is boring me.
