i never know what to say in these things but i'll see what i can do....
i'm pretty offbeat and prefer the people around me to be as well....i don't understand normal. normal definitely doesn't understand me.
i'm originally from charlottesville, va, and i've been living in tennessee for a few years now.....i can't say it's my favorite place, but i've met some amazing people here, and will probably always visit, no matter where life takes me.
i have to admit that i'm a huge nerd. i love anime and manga....it's a guilty pleasure at this point in my life.
i enjoy going out, but can only handle so much of it. and never to a stereotypical club. i prefer smaller places, especially if there's live music going on.

so i don't really have favorites.
but there are some things that i like a lot......
i'm horrible with remembering band names. my roommate has burned me several cd's though, that i listen to far too much.
i do like brighteyes quite a bit, and a lot of random, interesting music. some other faves are hellblinki <3, regina spektor, anything from saddle creek, elliot smith, lots of different edm (mostly break beats or dnb), and lately i've gotten into the noise scene....that stuff fascinates me.
i could eat chinese food every day and not get tired of it.
i watch a lot of movies, because i absolutely refuse to get cable. i prefer comedies, mainly......but put in some type of conspiracy documentary, and i'll be glued to it.
i read a lot. mostly fantasy stuff.....but really, if it's interesting, i'll read it. nine times out of ten i have a book or two shoved into my bag, just in case i get bored.
so i don't really have favorites.
